I don’t understand how this place has such good reviews. Maybe we just ate on an off night? Ribs were dry, flavorless, definitely not fresh and were reheated.....also, still had the membrane on them! Brisket was also dry and hard. Neither had much for smoke...More
Ordered a half slab of ribs and a half a pound of beef. Beef was awesome. The ribs were terrible. Ribs were slide off bone similar what you’d get at a Chili’s. Yuk.
