Generous servings, totally laid back atmosphere. Food is great without the sauces but if you add the sauces, be careful! They have every degree of hotness from mild garlic to OMG!

Very good, local atmosphere, food at reasonable prices! I have loved everything I have tried. The restaurant is very casual and order at the counter .

Know off the bat that it isn't fancy at all. You order when you walk in and pick up your food when they call your name. The tables are a little sticky because you police yourself. That said, I enjoyed dinner. I had red beans with sausage and the white bean chicken chili and my wife had a pulled chicken... More

I was a little skeptical about trying the chicken etouffee, but just simply one of the best things I have ever tried. My work had this brought in, so lucky for me I could keep going back to get more. I have heard many say this is spicy, yet they didn't really like anything spicy or hot sauce. Next the... More

Walked in and was greeted right away. The guy at the counter takes your order and payment. He went over the menu with us and explained what were top sellers. Ordered chicken etoufee and jambalaya. Tasted just like New Orleans. A full portion is large. You can order half portions. The garlic bed was the best ever !!

B&T is nearly always packed but they move the people through pretty quickly so the wait is usually not too bad. The food is great and I've never had a complaint. If you like hot sauces to spice up your food, they've got a whole table full of different kinds to try. The garlic bread that comes with the entree... More

A modest storefront with some good eats inside - just about any cajun/creole offering is available. Our group ordered Jambalaya, crawfish etouffe, chicken creole and red beans/sausage. The portions were generous and all came with rice. This place is a local favorite as it was busy in the early evening with folks who knew what they liked!

If you like Cajun food this is the place for you. The ambiance is zilch so I wouldn't recommend for a date night, but for lunch or a casual dinner it's amazing!! The gumbo here is amazing, but the etouffee is better at this place's competitor Gumbo Yaya. They allow free sampling, so make sure you try some to please... More

In July 2004 Will Pieratt and Kevin Heathcoat took a the huge leap of faith and opened Bourbon n' Toulouse by maxing out seven credit cards and simply hoping things worked out for the best. The business plan was simple: cook some damn good food, give back to the community that help keep their lights on and have as much fun as the law allows! Ten years later these guys are still extremely passionate about what they do and they haven't grown up a bit, just ask their wives! Always cooking and laughing, these guys are serious about having fun. Stop in and sample the wide array of tasty Cajun and Creole dishes, grab a beer from the ever changing selection and drift away to their own little version of The French Quarter.

Not bad for a washed up musician and a retired elementary teacher!
