It's been almost a year since we last had dinner at OSFH, but have had several Sunday Brunches over the interval. It was a special occasion as we were introducing friends to this venue which is located in a spectacular setting and ambiance. Unfortunately, the...food did not live up to this standard this time. My wife had the scallops appetizer and was extremely ill the next morning. I had an essentially burnt lobster cake. Others had the steak and frites... the steak was lacking. And then there were the paper napkins! Also, the restaurants doesn't allow split checks or personal wine. It's really unfortunate how inconsistent restaurants are on St Thomas!More

This was an amazing experience! The food was fabulous along with a wonderful bar tender, Tony! We can’t wait to go back for sure!

From the beginning it seemed amazing, but it instantly turned into a nightmare. I never leave reviews, but I felt this one was warranted. It was a three couple anniversary dinner and we all were looking for a fun night. 90 minutes for a meal...that was so overcooked and I asked the waitress to please look at the filet my wife ordered medium rare (well done) and I ordered a filet cooked medium (well done). I never send anything back, but this was a $70.00 filet and I felt it was deserved. The waitress agreed, and the chef requested to see the steaks, and we were told they were preparing another filet for us. I apologized to the waitress and acted like it was our fault. 20 minutes later I get another filet cooked identical to the first and ate two bites and passed the rest aside. So, the bottom line is the over cooked my filet, no big deal. The way we were treated was so wrong and shouldn’t happen. The waitress bought the ticket and added her tip into the bill and she said, don’t worry about the tip I added it. I always try to bless hard working people people and my tips are always based on one thing... attitude. It was so wrong in so many levels. Good luck!More

Worst customer service we have received on the island, the steak was dry with no flavor. You could only eat it with a sauce to stomach it. So disappointed with this restaurant, do yourself a favor and find a better restraunt. Everyone in our party...had an issue with the lackluster service and their meal. Not to mention we waited over 90 minutes before we were even served our meal.More

My wife and I chartered a catamaran for a week out of St. Thomas. We spent the first night on the dock, and went to Old Stone Farmhouse for dinner before setting sail the next morning. The dinner was outstanding! I had the tequila mockingbird,...which we both agreed was the best cocktail we'd had in a while. We enjoyed an appetizer of scallops with sun-dried tomatoes in a cream sauce; I had the bouillabaisse entree, and my wife had the pan fried gnocchi. For dessert we had their monkey bread (with ice cream). Everything was really incredible. The maitre d' was gracious enough to call a cab for us. We almost fell asleep in the cab on the way back to the marina. For the next 7 days on our sail around the USVI, we continually talked about how great that first dinner was. In fact, we decided to return to the marina a night early (the night before our flight) and have our last dinner at Old Stone Farmhouse again! We were NOT disappointed. we both ordered tequila mockingbirds. The crabcake appetizer was possibly the best crabcake I've ever had (having spent much time at crab houses on the Chesapeake and seafood restaurants in Boston). The lobster udon entree was was unique and delicious. My wife's salmon entree was also nearly perfect. Monkey bread again for dessert, then the long cab ride back to the boat. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable night out in St. Thomas. It's a bit out of the way, but well worth it.More

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. Tucked away in the hills, in a reclaimed sugar plantation, this hidden gem is well worth the journey. The service is top notch from the valet to the waiters, the food is absolutely amazing. We went in the evening and...sat in the courtyard, which is very romantic and wistful. We ordered warm, handmade french baguette with freshly churned garlic butter, a burrata appetizer that was so delicious, my husband had the steak frites for dinner - he loved it. I ordered the Caribbean lobster, it was amazing. And for dessert a deconstructed affogato (handmade vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso poured over) along with biscotti - truly to die for. (Would recommend calling ahead to get a reservation as it does book up). Honestly, you will enjoy this immensely.More

My husband and I dined at Old Stone Farmhouse without our kids. The décor is beautiful, warm and cozy feel. The woman at the entrance was so wonderful, greeted us with a welcome and a great smile. Our server was equally as wonderful. As good...as the service is, the food is the star of the restaurant. We purchased the bread basket - don't be cheap, mussels and a burrata salad special. I had the Oscar Filet and my wife ordered the pasta special. We shared a crème brulee for dessert. Unfortunately we diner at the Old Stone Farmhouse on our last night and were not able to go again.in - our lose.More

Incredible ambiance. So much character in that old stone farmhouse. Delicious food and great service! My favorite restaurant so far.

Beautiful place although a bit challenging to find when driving. Wife had the steak-frites dinner which was good and I had the grilled grouper which was disappointing. No real flavor, just salt & pepper with a thin sauce and mushrooms. They did have one of...the best creme brulee's I've ever had and that's saying a lot as we lived in Paris for 3 years. Speaking of which, the service was a bit "French" in that our waiter was a bit brusque and less than attentive. Not sure I'd go back to this restaurant except for the beauty of the building.More

We only had a chance to have brunch here and I must say it was absolutely fantastic!! I had the lobster benedict which I would highly recommend. The hollandaise sauce they make is just excellent! Portions were a little small for the price, but the...flavor makes up for it.More

We ate at Old Stone Farmhouse in December. They do have a handful of tables outside under a canopy. The area was decorated with greenery and lights and was very pretty! We requested seating outside but were told it could not... More
