Ginza provides great service and excellent quality when it comes to their food. The people are friendly. The restaurant is well-maintained and kept clean.

I had a lot of fun and enjoyed great food! The chef was very entertaining, the hibachi was great, and the sushi was yummy fresh!

This place had amazing sushi! The staff was also crazy attentive. I drink a lot of water and usually I'll sit around with an empty glass for a little while.... NOT HERE! I don't think I had a half full glass of water the whole time I was there they kept coming by to check and refill. AWESEOME!

Their sushi is fresh and tasty, which is a shock having originally come from Maryland myself. Their hibachi is always good, well priced. I have never had a customer service issue. On weekends they are a little slow because of high volume, but otherwise this is the place for sushi and hibachi if you're in Etown.

We have been going to Ginza for years . We eat sushi and order many appetizers. Food is great and when asked the chef will leave sauces on the side . The service on the other hand is slower then I care for. I am not a diva but dang. Your still getting appetizers after your sushi or main course... More

Went there alone just before Christmas and had a good lunch. I looked for a sushi special, but instead found a binto box with sushi. Rec'd 4 nigiri, CA roll, salad, miso soup, tempura (shrimp and 5/6 veggies) and a sliced orange (with whipped cream). My server (LuLu) was very attentive and I very much enjoyed chatting with her (from... More

We enjoyed 4 different kinds of sushi. There were so many to choose from and we could watch them being made, so you know they were fresh.

When we arrived the manager and the two servers were huddled in the corner talking. We had to ask them to take our order. We asked to talk to the manager and as I was telling her that the cucumber salad had been changed that it was not good because they now put hot spicy crab on it she walked... More

Dining in is decent but it s difficult to order traditional sushi without all the sauces on the rolls. Carry out is hit or miss; order tuna hand roll and get spicy tuna purée instead. Spent 100 tonight and gave most to e dogs because the sushi rice was burnt and bitter and the miso had also burned. Usually it's... More
