We went with friends. At first glance it's a plain little country place, like many others. We each had something different, but we were all well pleased with the taste, prices, and size of portions. I had a Greek salad, which had lots of feta cheese. It was fresh and tasty. Great for lunch while exploring historic Bardstown.

Great hole in the wall diner while venturing to Makers Mark. The food was CHEAP and pretty tasty. My only gripe was it took forever to get food, not a quick experience what so ever. Everyone in my group enjoyed what they got, from a Slaw Burger to Fried Green Tomato Sandy.

We were here for lunch and my daughter and I decided to share the Philly as she also wanted to try their potato soup. The Philly was good as were their fries but not really a shareable plate. The potato soup was disappointing as it had a few chunks of potato but was mostly a cream based soup with not... More

This place has the best slaw burgers I've ever had. They don't hold back when putting the slaw on your burgers and their fried angle food cake with strawberries and whipped cream just tops off the meal. Very laid back atmosphere, the help if very attentive, and the food is reasonably priced and very good.

We visited with friends during bourbon fest and filled up on greasy foods. It was pretty good. We especially enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and BLT w fried green tomatoes. The slaw burger got mixed reviews. Some in our group thought the slaw was too sweet, others liked it. The Reuben was good. I thought the fried mushrooms were just... More

You'll probably get the fired green tomatoes (as an appetizer or on the BLT). They're fantastic. This is American Diner food at its best. This is far from a fancy restaurant, you will likely get your meal served in a basket. It is the kind of food that people think of when they think of Middle American cuisine. And they... More

Fabulous piece of American dining. The fried green tomato BLT was fabulous. Service was efficient and friendly and the decor awesomely kitsch. If you want a great sandwich give Suzie Q's a go.

We dropped by this place to pick up lunch during our vacation. Their fried green tomato BLT tasted much better than a fried green tomato dish that we had at Harrison-Smith House!

This restaurant sits at the edge of town. We often visit here on Sunday after church. They always have a lunch special. Their regular menu consists of burgers and such. I have had the specials and the burgers and everything is good.

This was a pleasant surprise, great stop for a bite to eat in the afternoon. Not a fancy place, but they serve a very tasty sandwich!
