I stopped on my way home to try their pizza. Person answered the phone and took my money....then made my pizza without washing his hands. He did wipe them on a dirty towel that was laying on the counter. I do have some degree of...cleanliness standards and they did not even come close.... so I will net be back.More

This is our third bad pizza from Knolloas. They used to make amazing pizzas. The quality has gone down in the past year. For the price I would expect more toppings and sauce. The pizzas i had as of late are dry and tasteless. I...get more value and taste by going to Little Caesars.More

Outstanding service, dine in or carry out. The Works Pizza is one I cannot describe in words; has everything and more that I would ever want on a pizza; crusts are perfect. OMGosh! I wish they were close to the town in which I now...live because I miss them SO MUCH!More

Great place to sit and enjoy not only pizza but sandwiches and other good food on the menu. Dan does a great job running the place and loves hiring our high school kids. Most of our kids have a positive experience working at Knolla's Pizza.

While staying at the WaterWalk Hotel Apartments in Wichita, KS, we ordered delivery from Knolla's many times. It is a bit pricey but the quantity of toppings and flavors in their pizza is worth it!!!!

The 13th Street Knollas does offer above average pizza, but don’t rely on either its website or downloadable menu to plan your meal. Call the store directly for accurate information on hours, etc. As someone who travels weekly throughout the year, there is little more...annoying than wasting time making arrangements based on a website or advertisement that is incorrect or misleading. In the case of this Knolla’s, it is apparently a little of both. Unable to get out this evening, we checked the website to ensure we were still within Knoll’s advertised delivery hours. Having done our due diligence, we then went through the exercise of working with their downloadable menu to determine our order…apps, pizza’s, breads and desert. Armed with order and payment method in hand we attempted to call in the order, only to find we had been duped…Delivery was not really available as described on the website. They did offer carryout, but delivery had been “closed down for the night”. I offer that as a quote because the young man on the phone repeated it three times…apparently because my asking why it was closed almost 2 hours ahead of the advertised time indicated I must be slow witted. After I explained carefully that I had understood his statement the first time, and was asking a new question…hoping for a new response…he explained that they only shutdown delivery that early sometimes, usually they shut it down 30 minutes before the advertised time. So the usual practice was only to mislead by 30 minutes, rather than 2 hours. I made the call because of the advertised delivery. Accepting carryout as a substitute I would not do as a matter of some small business principle…advertising one thing only to offer another is called “Bait and Switch” in most businesses. For most folks it is a small thing, but for those of us who spend a significant portion of our lives on the road it is greatly annoying. We don’t have time to develop the secret, local knowledge of how a business really operates. If delivery stops sometimes at 7:00 pm and sometimes at 8:30 pm say so…don’t tell us 9:00 pm if it isn’t true. Out of respect for the value of your time I will prepare my order and payment before I call, please respect the value of my time by not making that effort a wasted effort. If you are unwilling to adhere to the advertised time, then removed the time from your website. It is really just that simple. Lot of words over a minor false advertisement…but I was able to write this in significantly less time than it took to coordinate a group order that turned out to be worthless. The food…when it is available as advertised…is worth a stop, and the young man I visited with was polite and courteous, even if he did not understand why a customer might expect accuracy and integrity in the business posting.More

The best "traditional" style pizza in town. Their Italian Sausage has wonderful flavor, it is the best in town.

Ordered 8 medium sized pizzas for a family gathering of 16. One hour late with our pizza order for pickup. No apology, no explanation. They did not care!!!!

As you can probably see, i have been a customer of Knolla's pizza for over 5 years, picking up a pizza every week for plus 5 years, and according to my calculations that comes up to $2860. As you can see in the pictures, I...had some issues yesterday, the pizza was soaked and dripping with fat, we come here all these years because, their pizza is not greasy, well yesterday was the first time. So I called and complained, the shift manager, a little girl took my call, she didn't seemed to care about my problem, she told me that it wasn't their fault the pizza was that way, I told her that I didn't think it was their fault, I just wanted a refund, she told me they don't do refunds, they offered a $4 dollar coupon or a free appetizer, that's when I got upset, and threatened to not come back to their restaurant anymore. She didn't care. So here's my rant about the terrible customer service I received from Knolla's for the first time. As it stands I plan to never come back.More

I got the ICT pizza... who knew Bbq sauce and sunflower seeds would be so great on a pizza! My husband got the deep dish Chicago and loved it. Plus they deliver!
