Came in for lunch off a whim.
Got the Kung Pao Chicken less Spicey lunch combo.
Started off with the egg drop soup and was just what I am use to for flavor and saltiness. Before I could finish my soup my meal came out and I quickly realized the portions are amazing for the price.
The fried ragoons were perfectly sweet and savory. 10/10
The fried dumpling was also great but I added a little soy sauce to make it even better.
The Kung Pao meal and fried rice is where I was a little torn. Overall it was decent flavor but for me it left a little to be desired.
The only other thing I would comment is that at a sit down restaurant when you are slow and a customer asks for a Togo box it’s the biggest thing in the world, but takes almost no effort to box up the food for them. Bigger restaurants do this all the time and it’s the perfect time to create rapport with a customer.

I had egg rolls and the Szechuan beef. My wife had the crab rangoon. The egg rolls were on the bland side but they well cooked to perfection. What saved them was the mustard. I like spicy foods and am almost always disappointed by what passes for hot in Asian restaurants. This mustard was excellent. Not so hot it ruined the taste of the food but hot enough to let you know it was there. The beef was ordered extra spicy. Ordering extra spicy always brings a warning form the server, now even my wife says that he means it. I had a very large portion of well prepared beef and veg. They used enough Szechuan pepper to liven up the dish without making it too hot to handle. Sometimes I get the feeling that the cook is thinking I'll show him hot and overdoses the meal. Prices were great and for the quality of food there were excellent. The only reason I'm not giving this place a five, is that the steamed rice side was awful. Clumps of hardened rice throughout the bowl. They were so bad you couldn't break them with a fork. I didn't need them to temper the beef but it would have been nice to have them as a break from the spicy.

I was in the mood for Chinese food so I decide to order Lee’s Chinese Restaurant via DoorDash. I was not very impressed with the flavor or portion side of food I received. I usually usually China King for takeout but decided to try something different. The General Tso Chicken was pretty good but the remainder of my meals lacked flavor.

Very, very bland. The food was very basic and had little flavor. The vegetable soup had a decent broth but only 4 pieces of veggies. The worst was the fried rice. It was just rice with soy sauce- nothing else in it! I will avoid this place!

We were both hungry for Chinese on our travel home from Arizona. This place was perfect! We didn’t arrive until about 8 pm on a Sunday and were happy they were still open. The portions were very generous and they gave us Chinese New Year decorations with our fortune cookies. We received a lot of food for the price.

I was excited to try lees given it was ranked number two for Asian food in Wichita. The quality of food was sub par. Generals chicken had decent flavor no complaints but the rice and lo mein was very lack luster and left us very dissatisfied.

This is the best Chinese food in Wichita that I have had in a long time. The food was delicious and the service was great. I asked for extra sauce after the food came out and they were kind enough to make it for me. This place is a hidden gem and we'll be back again.

We ordered Garlic Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan from grub hub. The rice was TERRIBLE, INEDIBLE, old crunchy gritty yucky. The portions were SMALL, the Moo Goo had only ONE SNOW PEA. They are really cutting corners. Don’t believe the pictures. The food was off tasting and bland. Not much chicken or vegetables. $40 down the garbage disposal. Called them and she ‘“oh no, rice is good”. I really hate when restaurant owner DON’T TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR poor quality. Do they think I’m lying?

Our food was just okay, but the service was excellent. We have been meaning to try it for a long time, and we're glad we did.

Wondering where all the excellent reviews came from? We ordered chicken lo mien, beef chow mien, fried rice to go. Thelo mien was very little chicken and sticky noodles. The beef was not tasty, not what we think of as chow mien, sticky too and the fried rice was a mushy sticky imitation of fried rice. A bad meal at a quality price.

No idea how they are still in business! First clue should be the they are in between a Motel 8 and an adult store. Everything is bad. Cheap cuts of meat, watered down sauces, poor service, and pre made everything. So disappointed! Just goes to show that the absolute minimum will get you a third place rank on TripAdvisor! I would rather eat at a gas station!

We had the Szechuan beef (extra spicy) (yes so spicy)with fried rice and honey walnut shrimp (new year special). Paired with plum wine and tsing Tao (Chinese beer). It was very tasty. If ever we pass through Wichita Kansas again, we will stop. Very happy.

Nice staff, very helpful and concerned with your satisfaction. food was tasty and hot, and very filling. Nice atmosphere, and convenient to airport and hotels. You will enjoy this one, especially if you like spicy. They have 3 levels of spicy! Give them a try.
