Relaxed atmosphere, pleasant wait staff, and good quality food. Not many different types of foods, but generally traditional barbeque dishes.

My husband chose the restaurant based on reviews, and we were both pretty disappointed. I ordered the fatty brisket which was shoe leather tough. The ribs were average, the coleslaw was fine and the carrots tasted like dishwater. I asked for bread which I never...received. The prices were reasonable, and the place was packed so maybe we went on an off night, but the BBQ was average to below average at best and we won't be back.More

Was my first time there and it did not disappoint. the food was great, the service very good and the restaurant was really busy. Good atmosphere and you can leave very happy.

Everybody raves about the barbecue and the ribs, and they are very good! You should give the homemade chicken nuggets a try, they are awesome

Big space, servers were slow but food came out fast. BBQ was room temp, brisket was on the dry side, same with ribs. Beans were good but the BBQ tasted like it had been reheated so it was pretty dry.

My family and I just recently ate there . The three meats and the pulled pork was great. The pulled pork nachos made a great appetizer.

The restaurant was within walking sidtance of our hotel although we couldn't follow the directins my phone gave us. We ordered 2 half rack rib dinners. Each place came with 3 HUGE ribs plus sides. In retrospect we shuld have shared a dinner as neither...of us finished ur ribs. The BBq beans were terrific and the green beans were not the canned variety. After reading reviews we decided to give them a try. They are located in historic downtown Wichita. When we go in we were greeted and seated immediately. The atmosphere was nice. Our server was Nicholas and was very attentive. I had the 3 meat platter...with ribs and brisket. The ribs were fall off the bone and all around just great taste. The bbq sauce itself was amazing! Overall Excellence! Me and my wife are restaurant owners in Oklahoma. We made a trip to Wichita and after reading reviews we decided to try this place. First off I seen some reviews saying that it’s not kid friendly? It absolutely is! I saw several...families with kids enjoying their meal and having a great time! The atmosphere is very cool! It’s bigger inside than it looks outside! We were greeted by several staff members as we walked in and everyone had a smile! Our server was Nicholas and I give him 2 thumbs up! He was attentive, good attitude and kept our drinks full! We had a small error on our order and he went out of his way to make it right! Because of him, we do look forward to coming back! The food was excellent! I had the 3 meat meal with 2 sides and had the ribs, brisket and a hot link. The smoke flavor was almost the best I have ever had. The Mac and cheese had a garlic flavor that made it really good and the potato salad was 10/10! We will definitely recommend this establishment and will definitely be back!More

It first hearing then name of the place, I wondered why my husband and our daughter went there for lunch so often. When I saw the outside of the building the first evening, I wondered even more! But now I know why they liked it:...I love it! It is lively, fun--yet not raucous. The menu has lots of offerings that appealed to me. I could easily go there at least once a week for a very long time without being bored with their selections. And one VERY important point---they the most wonderful pickles bar! You can walk over to it like a buffet, and you have vats of pickles to choose from--sweet, sour, hot, spicy, whole, sliced, fresh or canned. After my first visit there, I always begged the hubby to bring me home some pickles every time they went. Once he brought me a quart! The servers are cute, attentive, and sparkling with good cheer, It really earned my top rating!More
