The proteins here are AMAZING. The fries are tasty. The homemade chips are TO.DIE.FOR. Beer choice is beyond Best burger in town - by a long shot!

A friend suggested this place as a biker dive bar. Well, maybe 10 years ago!! Food was nothing special, drinks same as the next place and service wasn't anything to write home about!!

Great selection of food and drink. Everything I have tried is amazing. Service is great and it's not overpriced. The burgers are huge and juicy, the truffle fries are fantastic!! It can get busy so plan accordingly. It's a favorite of mine, I keep going back!

Had a work lunch here with a couple of people. The fried okra was delicious, first time I've had it. My chips were good, but the best part was my burger. It was so flavorful and juicy. One of my coworkers had the patty melt, which looked really good too. I might come back to to order it. Overall, this... More

The night we ate at the Anchor, they were terribly understaffed. They were friendly, and very apologetic about it, so it was tough to get upset about it. We did have over an hour wait on our food, which was tough for our 2 year old, but the service and food made up for it. The kids Mac and Cheese... More

I have been to The Anchor at least 30 times over the past few years. I try to order different things each time and I have never been disappointed. They really they to use local ingredients and make as much from scratch as possible. I am a carnivore for sure but their black bean veggie burger is great!

I had a Classic Deli Club, which comes with carved turkey, sliced ham AND bacon! The sandwich was so big, I had to take the other half home. The Anchor is a long narrow eating and drinking establishment just east of downtown Wichita. It's always busy, but it's worth it, as the food is awesome. They get their meats from... More

The Anchor has been a choice for lunch and after work drinks/ food for years. The trendy atmosphere has a fun and urban feel. They are known for their extensive beer selections. The food is just that food nothing you can't live without. The fried pickles tasted as if they were frozen and not hand battered. The chopped salad was... More
