Hamburger and fries fast and delicious. Open 24 hours. Just a short distance off the southern end of Kansas Turnpike east of the town. Large parking lot can handle RV,s and big trucks. Makes for a good stop for comfort food at reasonable prices.

Food is ok. Interior is clean. Breakfast is always available and is probably the best offering on the menu. Lunch is OK. Neither above or below average place to eat.

This diner has been here for years. Service is great and food is, too. Open 24 hours for your convenience.

I know, you're wondering what I mean by that, aren't you? We sat where we could see the cook work. He was an artist! He moved like a dancer and kept everything on the griddle. It was fascinating watching him. The food was great, too!

The food was average. My blt was fair. The bacon had obviously been cooked a while and the toast was slightly burned. My husbands philly cheese steak needed more meat and more veggies. The onion rings were obviously frozen and were cooked in old grease but tasty anyway. The overall restaurant needs a good cleaning. There were flies everywhere. Even... More

We were passing through on I-35 and stopped by after reading good reviews. We ordered the appetizer sampler which had onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried cheese and chicken strips. This was a great appetizer, the mushrooms were excellent. We ordered burgers and they were very good. I ordered the club and it was average. Tater tots and fries were hot... More

Cool old style chrome diner but everything is newer. Open all night for the late night munchies. Or early breakfast. You can sit at the counter and watch the cook making your meal. Or have a booth by the window. Good food and friendly service. Not to far off the interstate for travelers. Enjoy your meal.

This place is fun and brings back some wonderful old memories from the the 50's and 60's. Good food and good service. Take a break from the turnpike and go have lunch. Penny's is probably a mile to the west. Burgers, shakes, pie and other lunch specials. All good. Would I return to Penny's? Count on it the next time... More
