***DON'T GO HERE*** My husband and I came to this establishment for the first time on a Friday evening, there appeared to be 3 other parties already seated. We requested food to go. The cashier asked if we wanted to pay now or when the...food arrived. We opted to pay now considering we only ordered pizza and wings, mozzarella sticks and were offered "free" baked ravioli....which at any normal place wouldn't have taken any more than 25 mins max. We sat down, watched some winter Olympics and began to notice what appeared to be the only 3 employees coming in and out of the kitchen, tending to other guests, bringing their food items (appetizers and such)...the table we sat at was as such that all 3 employees walked by us each time they went to other tables (we were literally the first table next to the register counter). After talking awhile, we realized it had been an hour and no outreach from anyone working there or update, finally we were able to flag down the lady who rung us up to ask the status of the order, she aggressively stated....ummm ugh it will be done in about 2 mins. As I attempted to express well, we have been waiting a while and you've all passed by us and not said a word, is there a reason why no one thought enough to update us? At this point I was cut off by her saying....well, when u pay first it doesn't ring up in the back as she rushed back to the kitchen mid sentence not acknowledging ANYTHING else I had to say...(again, how in the world would we have known that)....this again was interrupted by the "cook" rushing out 3 boxed items which appeared to be our items. At this point I asked the cook to speak to the manager as I was just dismissed by the other staff member and I'd like to discuss the fact that we were never informed of any issue with our order after such a long wait. The cook expressed he has been very busy but did show some understanding and told me he'd quickly have his manager come. Due to our proximity to the kitchen, I clearly saw him mention this to the manager. Who visibly sighed and proceeded to annoyingly come to our table...he began apologizing and AGAIN, as I began to respond and express my concern and frustration with waiting and most importantly the fact that no one had the COMMON courtosey to at the VERY LEAST inform us of that the ticket wasn't received in the in extremely close proximity kitchen, nor apologize at that time or inform us of the time delay.....again this "MANAGER" proceeded to continue to say "I'm Sorry, nothing I can do"...again while I was talking. I finally said, "Sir, this is our first time here, my husband works on call and tge whole reason we came here was to try the new restaurant in the area and because its a pizza place, we assumed the wait time would be quick. Since we have been here over and hour, he has now been called to work.....and again, all it takes is to be transparent and inform your customers of what is happening, im not understanding why that sinple standard is not being exercised....is there anything else that you're able to do besides say you are sorry? Is there a percentage or something that can be taken off this meal". At this point the "manager" walked behind the register...pretended to pull up info on the iPad while mumbling something to the lady who rung us up, and literally pulled $6 out of the register and handed it to me saying, "oh ugh I can do a 20% discount". I looked at this man and said "This is unacceptable and we won't be back". He continued to mumble as I walked out. So, Sutera's "well known for 45 years".....is this how YOU have been doing business all these decades? If so, keep it. And, please ensure this reaches a REAL "manger" or "owner"....or someone who has a spread of human decency and has heard of treating all people with dignity and respect.....and have them reach out to me to provide alll of my money back.....Ive been to 5 start restraunts who send the chef out just because the someone at the table just didnt like the flavor, etc and the item was removed and refunded. It's rough for all service industries...I get it. But if this is your normal practice....hmph...its appalling, disgusting and inhumane....AGAIN.....normal human courtesy and respect can go a long way!!!!More

And in my last review, I said, "We've been coming here for years. Our favorite is the supreme, which is the best pizza anywhere; lights out better than any chain pizza restaurants. It is the go-to place when ready for a great pizza and a...cold beer." And this review still holds true! The pizza may seem pricey, but these pizzas are hefty. And a pitcher of beer can be had for a price not much more than a large draw.More

Solo for lunch on a Thursday. Ordered soup, salad, and pasta. Paid for soup & salad combo AND pasta entre. No bread and dipping oil as in a higher end Italian place. The house salad was big, cold, and had plenty of topping like cucumbers,...tomatoes, and cheese. The chicken noodle soup came in a bowl bigger then a dinner plate! Elbow noodles and plenty of chicken, but no bread! The pasta entre, cheese tortellini in Alfredo sauce, was hot, cheesy , and tasty! AND it came with bread! This was my first visit. Service and food were good, so I'll give it another try. Next time for pizza.More

Well, I had read some reviews about this place and they seemed pretty much middle of the road... Well, that is about on point. We ordered two pizzas. Pepperoni and Hawaiian. Crust chewy... too chewy (dough probably not properly made or allowed to rise). Toppings....Pepperoni had great flavor but was FLOATING with grease. The Hawaiian was just bad ingredients. If you're going to put pieces of Canadian bacon on a pizza it needs to be cut or shredded otherwise it will pull off when you bite into it and slide off and hit you in the chin. These were whole pieces not cut into pieces. The pineapple were chunks... not tidbits or small pieces. Just an epic failure. The server was a kid and she did alright. She did refills without getting new cups... hello CoVid. With places like Old Shawnee Pizza, Grinders, Leo's, Minsky's, and Waldo Pizza you have to nail it. This place has been there a long time so, it must be a local favorite, but we will be dropping that cash somewhere better.More

We had this at our recent driveway party. The food was fresh and the food was really good. Delivery was on time and we had absolutely no complaints.

Ordered delivery, never showed up but had no problem charging my credit card. And by the way the phone number, no one answers and voicemail is full. That’s awesome. ☹️ So much for supporting local business.

This is a quaint little pizza place. My wife and I went for dinner on a Sunday night. The food was good for the price. The menu has a variety of options, but don't expect gourmet dining here. However, for those looking for an alternative...to pizza in a pizza restaurant, they did have grilled salmon on the menu! There is also a small bar area that appears to have beer, wine and some liquors. If you want a good red sauce Italian meal, this is a place to go. But caution, this is not Lidias.More

Disappointed. It used to be so good. Now it was just average. The pizza had little sauce. The cheesy bread was disappointing. Seems like it may have changed hands. Too expensive to return for what we got

We were looking for a quick dinner and the other restaurants were busy. Sutera is not visible from the highway and we saw it driving through the center. On arrival only one table was occupied. A nice young woman seated us and took our beer...orders. The bartender brought them out as she was not 21. We ordered a cheese burger pizza and said we had a time constraint. It came out early. It was hot, tasted good and crust was very good. The interior is all over the place -- video games to play, old CRT, some flat screen, mixed tables, a bar and high ceilings. Noise level was fine. I bet they do a lot of takeaway business. Beer and pizza for three $30 before the tip. Not too bad!More

Just ate here with my family and they were so nice to us. They came out and asked if my kids could have a smile plate , which was cheese with pepperoni for the kids to snack on. It was fast and the portion was...more than enough. Will definitely be returning with my familyMore

Omg the pizza here is amazing, the homemade ranch on point. Mani Wani got the perfect sweet and spicy kick to it. The Bacon Cheeseburger the tomatoes makes it. They have a nice bar area too. Please check them out today!

While the food tasted great and the prices were fair, our family quickly came to regret our Friday night visit. The first red flag came soon after we were seated at a sticky table. Our young daughter unscrewed the cap of the parmesan cheese to...uncover dark, orange, mold-like growth on the caked on cheese stuck to the inside of the shaker. We should have walked away then. But not wanting to be rude, we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, my husband went up to the staff who were busily chatting away with each other to see what had happened to our pizza. It had been accidentally packaged as a To Go order and had been sitting out at room temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes. It was lukewarm when we received it, but being hungry and now having fussy kids in tow, we ate it. A few hours after getting home, the symptoms started. Our family was bedridden for the rest of the weekend. I hate giving out poor reviews, but unfortunately this was a terrible experience I would like to prevent others from having. Our visit was a few months ago, and I sincerely hope they have cleaned up since then. However, I would still urge any would-be patron to look for signs of overall cleanliness before committing to eating there.More

We eat here often. Food is constantly top quality and staff is friendly. They seriously need to work on identity though. Doesn't feel like an Italian restaurant and standing around staff need to clean better. Lighting alone would dramatically help.

On the way back from a baseball game, my husband and I stopped by our old stomping grounds, to eat at our all time favorite pizza place, Suter's. It was about 3:30. Even though no one else was there, we were eager for some great...pizza! We noticed the employees all looked different. We noticed the menu was different too! We ordered the supreme pizza. When the pizza came, we both thought, " what is this?" The crust was completely different, and there was half as much toppings as there used to be! The cheese was pretty scimpy too! The pepperoni was overdone, and shriveled up. Needless to say we were expecting the same great pizza we'd always gotten at Suter's in years past. If someone else took over Suter's, and wasn't using the same recipes, they should have changed the name!More
