Tried the Burnt End sandwich and beans for lunch. It was pretty good, but chopped finer and with more sauce than what you'll find in KC. I look forward to trying the brisket and the polish sausage next time.

Ordered the family meal and the wait staff was very gracious in finding us a table for our party. Ribs and brisket were outstanding. The best potato salad that I have had in quite some time. My granddaughter loved the coleslaw.

Excellent, as always. Not to spicey, not to hot, always just right. If you're in Salina, you have to eat here, at least once. Except on Sunday, as they are closed.
