The food is amazing. The first visit I had spaghetti and meatball. The meatball was larger than my fist. The sauce was so good. Can't forget the canoli too die for.

What a surprise to find this cute Italian restaurant in Salina. Portion sizes are huge! I ordered 1/4 size order of spaghetti and meatballs and couldn't finish it. The meatball was the size of a baseball and super delicious. I'll be back the next time I'm in town on business.

The food was very good, and the portions were large. We arrived early afternoon for a late lunch, so the staff seemed to be winding down. This place is not fancy, but made for a nice stop while traveling.

This was an unexpected find. While driving across Kansas we encountered a storm so pulled into Salina to eat and wait out the storm. Food was good and very plentiful. Service was kind and efficient despite being very busy.

Dinner with wife, nephew and niece-to-be. We were in McPherson for a visit and decided to expand our dinner possibilities by going up to Salina. It was a good choice. Martinelli's is a nice place, clean and well run. The food was good - we had Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Carbonara. Everyone was satisfied. But I have to... More

Spent the night in Salina and based on Trip Advisor reviews, we dined at Martinelli's Little Italy. Greeted as we walked in and seated at a nice table out of the main flow. Waiter took a drink order and then explained the menu as to selection and portion size. Made a coupel recommendations and more than willing to answer our... More

Only get by once or twice a year but always good. Reasonable prices, great menu, wine list, and never have to worry about a bad choice. Service is quick and attentive. It can get pretty busy, reservations advised.

Tried their special and their tilapia alfredo; both good. Will eat here again when passing thru. Very reasonable cost.
