I visited the March Hare for Sunday lunch this afternoon. To say I was dissappointed was an understatement. I visited this pub around 15 years ago and today reminded me why I haven't returned. A colleague had mentioned to me that it had improved so would be worth a visit. I phoned on Friday to book a table which was... More

We have been visiting The March Hare several times a year for more than 15 years and have never once been disappointed. The carvery is always excellent (we have almost never bothered with the menu), and the choice of vegetables is second to none. They don't (ever) skimp on the meat and expect you to fill up with the veg... More

Worth a visit for their carvery, always good food, on the main road from Stratford to Worcester, so great for a passing lunch, although we are local and visit from time to time.

Went for a 200 Club Christmas draw gathering there were probably about 100 of us. The service was very quick and efficient indeed. I had a carvery which was excellent value (A Monday evening event)and most enjoyable. The main menu looked delicious also. Most enjoyable evening.

I popped here with my father for a quick bite to eat one Saturday lunchtime. It's far larger inside than it looks from the outside - the decor is a bit dated, your typical old fashioned pub/eatery. Despite a roaring fire on one wall, it did feel quite cold and draughty (and this from the person who doesn't wear a... More

This is a pub situated in a rural location and has an intersting glass covered well in the floor of the Inn. We ate lunchtime sandwiches with chips etc, priced slightly higher than expected but the food was nice and the staff friendly

Visited this pub with neighbour for his birthday, after hearing good reviews on my local radio WM95.6. Nice little pub easy to find with sat nav, plenty of parking. I had previously booked a table to be on the safe side. Walked up to bar and was greeted by smiling barmaid who took our drinks orders. We were shown to... More

Visited the March hare last Wednesday night, staff were very friendly when we walked in, were offered drinks straight away and shown to our table, chose to have a carvery and the chef and waiter were very happy and friendly and also carried my plate to my table for me Will be coming here again!

We met friends here for a carvery lunch after hearing good reports. We were very disappointed. There were not many customers and the food looked dry. We waited ages at the servery and when the chef came he was rather abrupt and quite charmless. We will not be returning.
