Make sure if they are busy do not wait. A 20 minute wait became over an hour with a lost order and no table service. It was very busy but tell customers if you are behind. The sandwiches were very good.
This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the delicious food and coffee, and the friendliness of the staff. We had a nice chat with a lady sitting at a table near us. She turned out to be the owner and took us...on a tour of a new room they are adding on. It was a chilly, rainy day, and I especially enjoyed the fire burning in the fireplace. I am ready to go back right now!More
From the moment you walk into the door to the time you leave this small town restaurant is very cozy and the staff is amazing. The food was some of the best I have had in a very long time. The owner also has a...very impressive line of gluten free items that are delicious.More
This place has a real classic prairie type atmosphere, but not hick, but Classy! Server seemed to really enjoy her work.
Menu is basic with a few surprised, but well-presented, good, and nutritious. Smoothies are yummy, peach ginger tea refreshing, and the Giant cookies are...enough to share!
Air conditioned for our hot summer day visit and friends and acquaintances greeting each other-happy, lost atmosphere I so appreciate in the heart of America!
I hope to visit again!More
The Ruben and the Rachel sandwiches are amazing. We had the pasta salad as well and it was very unique, had dill and olives in it. Very unusual and tasty. Didn't get a dessert, but, they looked amazing. If you are in Buhler this place...is a must. Great place to just grab a coffee as well.More
The desserts are made in house and are some of the best around in ycentral Kansas. Sugar cookies are big enough to share with a friend...or not. :) The sandwiches are heavenly. Great sides to choose from. Dailey specials are items not on the menu...and are all so good you will want to make trip after trip to try them all along with all the great sandwiches in the menu. Breakfast is also good with wonderful quiche, breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls made fresh in house.More
