I’ve been to the Wilton Cafe at 116 W. Fourth St. in Wilton, Iowa, four times in the past couple months, and I’ve always experienced good food and friendly, outstanding service. Although it’s not a large place, there usually are seats open at one of the tables or booths. At midday there are enough customers to keep two cooks and... More

This place is awesome from breakfast or lunch. I've never been disappointed here. The lunch special with the pie (and ice cream) is one of my favorites.

Make this a must while driving through Iowa. The daily lunch special of grilled walleye served with grilled potatoes, green salad, and a dessert was amazing! There was enough for a dinner that night as portions were generous! Our server was really friendly, and the place seemed to cater to locals, which was great to know! I'd stop here again... More

Went here with the family, very busy place! We got lucky and there was one booth open, so we got to be seated right away. Food didn't take long, and the soup was homemade and very good. I ordered the reuben, and that was very good as well. Great experience.

You get large portions for a very reasonable price. They are open for breakfast & lunch every day & Friday nights when they have walleye & catfish & usually prime rib, shrimp &/or BBQ ribs.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon and this seemed about the only place to eat. It's about what you can expect from your small town Iowa farmers cafe. Menu is burgers, baskets, platters, sandwiches soups and salads. The tenderloin platter was a bit of a surprise, not a sandwich, the tenderloin literally covered the whole platter and the American fries... More

We were in Wilton for the first time last week and were hoping to find a good restaurant for supper. We ended up at the Wilton Café. This is a small town café with about 15 tables. All tables but one were full when we walked in. We were lucky to get a table that seated all of us. They... More

The place was really busy for lunch. Good food and quick service considering the number of customers.
