I don’t especially care for buffets as they are never very good, but this is not one of those buffets. Everything was homemade and delicious. The salad bar and soup was amazing, the potato soup was perfect for a cool day, and the carrots on...More
I went there for lunch and had a batterfried pork sandwich. It was huge (see picture). They also had a buffet going on that looked like it had a lot of options. Down the road, is a wonderful view. I got a salad bar go...More
We were in the area once again and just had to stop for lunch! Breitbach's buffet did not fail us! Once again it was superb! I wanted chicken legs but there were none on the buffet, as I was pondering what to take instead a...More
Drove from Dubuque through beautiful country to little out of the mainstream big time restaurant with full bar and great buffet. Half chicken top-notch, spaghetti soup even better with outstanding Italian flavor, way above ordinary patty-melt. Salad bar included beets you need to try and...More
We were driving through northern Iowa's country roads on our vacation and just happened to stumble upon this place at lunchtime. So glad we stopped! We both did the buffet and everything was excellent! I wish we would've saved room for pie, but the food...More

You can't go wrong with their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich! I want overly impressed with the onion rings, but the sandwich was more than I needed to eat (but I did anyway!).

Their website has more details about what's on the buffet each evening. Enjoy!

I would not think they'd be any different then normal menu prices. $8.99 - $14.99 depending on your appetite. They might have a Special Mother's Day Buffet set out. That's usually 1 price with multiple stops up to the Food Bar. About $15.00/person. I think that's a flat price for everyone. Hope that makes you decide to eat there. The food is fresh, home cooked, delicious, finger licking and face wiping WILL happen!!!
