Best place to a nice beach place, clean and safe for pandemic, the food is really good as well as the service, everything is clean and Gilligan the host is the cutest host ever

We have visited one time previously and this restaurant is still as great. It's right on the water and you can arrive prior to your reservation so you can relax on their beach or take advantage of the waves. Be sure that you try one...of their landmark mint margaritas. The food is also excellent. Only issue is that it's out of the way and not easy to find. Make sure that you get excellent directions or use Google maps. Highly recommendMore

This is my second bad experience in this place. This time I made a reservation and they informed me that the minimum order was $800 pesos per person for a party of 10 people. When my group arrived the waiter acted like we were intruding...and told us they did not have most of what was on the menu and that it was only cash, which I understand but we asked if we could speak to the manager or owner and he informed us he would not be able to help us out or make change their policies that had been placed since they opened the restaurant 3 years ago… like if we were being challenged , we were just trying to consume at his restaurant. I have been to this restaurant several times and the owner just seems to add his policies based on his mood. He is just plain out rude and the food is overpriced the only good thing this place has is good atmosphere but far from being welcoming there are better places around the area where you actually feel welcome.More

This is more of an amazing experience with great food and service than a restaurant. I have been there several times over the past few months and every time the food and service were spot on. Make sure you're there for sunset. One of the...best in Mexico. Alfonso, the owner, is very welcoming and cheerful. His dog Gilligan is awesome and you'll probably meet him if you dine here.More

Dinner at sunset is always a treat at Litibu Grill. Our service was outstanding as was the food. The Marlin Tostados were excellent, perfectly served on small tortillas and could easily make a meal with a Caesar Salad. The homemade veggie burger didn't disappoint with...the fresh condiments and the large side of plantains were perfect. The Baja Fish Tacos were flavorful and more than enough! The setting, food and service are hard to beat. Thanks for another wonderful evening.More

My wife and I spent all afternoon at Litibú Grill yesterday and loved it. Our dinner reservations were for 7 pm and we arrived at 2 pm to enjoy the beach, chill vibes, and great service. They have a nice choice of seating areas on...the beach or the grass, and we ordered beet salad, grilled clams, multiple mango margaritas, and their house margarita (highly recommended) during our afternoon chill session leading up to dinner. For dinner we had (and recommend) the ribs that really do fall off the bone and the catch of the day in sarandeado sauce. All tasty. The service was top notch: friendly and attentive yet allowing us to perfectly relax. Nice music playlist too. The beach was nearly deserted, had no vendors, and was quite swimmable. Driving to this “end of the road” gem is a fun adventure and definitely worth it. We’ll be back.More

Booked online and submitted the required credit card to hold our reservation. After we had been seated, the server informed us that the restaurant had no electricity that day and blended cocktails, sauces for dishes, ceviche, music, lights etc would be unavailable. We asked about...the safety of the fish (fish and lack of refrigeration is a bad combo). The server replied “it should be fine”. We ordered beer which were served just cooler than room temperature. This solidified our concern about the refrigeration/ safety of the fish. We drank our beers and told our server we weren’t comfortable eating dinner. We paid for the beers, tipped $500 pesos and left. Later that night, we received notice from American Express that the restaurant charged our card $133US. Needless to say, we contacted AMEX and have disputed the charge.More

Litibú Grill is a must for us every time we come to Banderas Bay. The food is fantastic. I always get the catch of the day with the house sauce and a side of fries. Their margaritas with ginger and mint are out of this...world! The amazing view, the awesome service, the incredible architecture and beautiful decor complete the recipe for paradise on the pacific!More

Upon arrival you see a gorgeous beach restaurant, with a sophisticated boho lounging area right off the dining are. If that isn’t inviting enough, you could grab a drink and head to the beach where you can relax on another cabana like pillowy couch. Drinking...a Paloma, watching the sunset.....perfection. We had the marlin tostadas, civeche, and guacamole to start. The marlin tostadas were my favorite. My entree was the catch of the day, which was a white fish served with grilled vegetables. I will remember this dish for a very long time.More
