Visited the Texas Roadhouse in Des Moines during a drive-through trip. I ordered petite sirloin and veggies; Steak was perfectly cooked. Veggies, while a bit over-cooked were flavorful. Spouse had ribs —-excellent! Great service seems to be a hallmark of this chain.
