I came here on a business dinner and found the food to be delicious. I would characterize this restaurant as slightly upscale dining. There is a range from really nice pub food to finer European dishes. I ordered the shrimp appetizer - so good I wanted to lick the plate. The Wisconsin beer cheese soup was some of the best... More

My family had made reservations a few weeks in advance, asking for a booth. When we arrived, they stuck us at a table in front / middle of chaos. My aunt mentioned she had reserved a booth and the girl who sat us did not care! She was quite rude. So my aunt (who is a regular there and always... More

This is a favorite spot of mine and a great place to celebrate birthdays! Join their club and receive a free meal in your birthday month. Greek salad with salmon is my all-time favorite.

On a nice afternoon sitting outside on the area just off the street can not be beat. Good food and drink, with good happy hour options make this a choice spot. If you are looking for a bit more upscale experience in a college town, this is the place for you.

I stop four students and asked them the best place to eat downtown and nearly in unison they all said "The Atlas." It was a wonderful suggestion! The food was unique and equally phenomenal! I had the chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and spirlinni. It was amazing! The staff was very friendly and full of knowledge on their wine... More

We had lunch at Atlas and great cold beer at the bar with an exceptionally professional young woman bartending on a busy Saturday afternoon. We enjoyed a delicious black bean hummus with veggies and warm totilla pieces. Highly recommend it!

My sister loves this place - I found it 'OK'. A bit pricey, but an interesting menu. The 3 times I've been there - I haven't fallen in love. OK, but nothing special.

Great location near the Engbert theater where we saw a great show. The dinner before the show was amazing. Very impressed--so tasty--and I'm a food "snob". LOVED IT!

This was my first time dining alone while my husband was in Iowa City hospital. Atlas made it painless. I dined on the outside patio on a balmy summer night A crisp French Sauvignon Blanc was delightful followed by grilled salmon Asian salad - to die for. Salmon was grilled perfectly and veggies were crisp and fresh. Loved the bed... More
