I love BBQ and if you do to you'll want to go to Smokey D's. The food is taste great. You'll probably see a line of people but don't let that stop you there is plenty of seating and the line moves fast. I think the line of people waiting to get a great meal speaks more about their food... More

We eat here at least once a month. Like to go for lunch. I like the brisket sandwich.(Very tender) My husband enjoys the tenderloin. It is huge! Portion sizes are large. Price is good.

My family and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. The line looked a little long but went quickly. Look at their website for food allergy info, as it isn't marked on the menu in the restaurant. Good options for gluten-free folks. I order the beef brisket, coleslaw, and baked beans. I highly recommend the beans and meat, coleslaw... More

I had (for the first time) their burnt ends. Delicious. And also great were the baked beans and mac and cheese sides. Loved the upbeat country music playing in the background. One laugh -- I asked one of the young staff what "D" stood for in Smokey D's. He had no idea and admitted he had never wondered about it.... More

Ate there for lunch on a Saturday. Very good food. We got there about noon and were able to get right in. By the time we left, about 1245, there was a long line for the food order. Prices were good. Food was awesome

We stopped here on a recent Saturday evening. Both parking lots were full of cars and we stood in line for about a half hour just to order our food. Let me tell you, it was worth it! This is one of the best smoke houses I have ever visited. I ordered the burnt tips sandwich and fries. Wow! It... More

The ribs at Smokey D's are cooked with a dry rub seasoning and you are able to put on whatever bbq sauce you want as you eat. The ribs are very good, no doubt, up there with such top notch BBQ joints as Pappy's and Bogart's in St. Louis. I enjoyed eating them the most at Smokey D's, however, because... More
