I stopped and had breakfast for lunch. It was a little slow to be welcomed and seated but I wasn't in a hurry. My waitress, didn't give her name, was pleasant enough but certainly now about to visit. No thank yous or how is everything which usually happens. I probably won't make the effort to return.

My husband and I got an email offer for their Chicken Fried Steak BOGO offer. We went there for lunch and opted for the dinner meal. We both ordered it plus mashed potatoes and gravy plus corn. The meal also comes with a biscuit. When the food arrived, the mashed potatoes were dry instead of creamy and the biscuits were... More

Went here because didn't want to go back to the buffet at our hotel after a terrible dinner. Located a few blocks from the hotel. We used to have them in WI except they were called Village Inn Pancake House. When I saw this I HAD to go. Reasonably priced and you could create your own breakfast with different selections... Having completed the BIX , we were all hungry. We all ordered scramblers. The service was slow, the food was good, but nothing special. Will probably opt for another location or another place to eat after the race next year.

Great choice on menu... like the VIP. Don't care for their hot chocolate. Taste like swiss miss out of a powdered pack. Service is usually ok.

The food was pretty good but the menu is pretty average. There are really no standouts. You will get good food for a reasonable price but don't hold great expectations. Where I depart from that advice is the pies, their pies are excellent, you will not go wrong there.

No matter what you get, it's usually always delicious. However, was a bit dismayed by my order that only had a tiny little bit of avocado in it, unlike what it should have had. I felt silly to say anything though, thus did not. Refills not always fast in coming.

This place reminded me of a more inviting Denny's. The food was amazing, and we did not have to wait a long time for it. The waitress was extremely nice, and patient with us considering it was our first time eating there.

The Village Inn seems to be a local chain restaurant. The breakfast was ok as they say nothing to write home about. The service was pretty good the first day and dropped off considerably the second morning. For the price I will try somewhere else.
