Had Mixed Fajitas for two. My wife and I chatted and ate too many chips & salsa (which are excellent). The fajita platter had a mound of sizzling steak and chicken. Very tasty. Especially if you use some of the salsa that came with the...chips. Some is going to the room with us for tomorrow.More

Medium Strawberry Daiquiri was huge and pretty good. Husband had to drive home after I had one of those. I ordered a chimichanga and it wasn't bad. The atmosphere could be updated a lot. Not my first pick for mexican food.

ate here on a Sunday evening with friends - must add that restaurant is now on opposite side of town on West Broadway in what was Sam's Italian villa - a smaller and older venue than that on Madison - ordered some beef nachos ($7)...appetizers before we ate -my wife had a quesadilla fajita veggie ($10.25) and i had a pick 3 order of enchiladas ($9.95) and a couple bottles of coke ($5) - total was $34.40 - enchiladas were nothing special - rather bland as was rice - my wifes veggie fajita was good - would probably go to Primos or Le Mesa in the future sorryMore

Had dinner here last night - I had steak enchiladas, and GF had nachos. Enchiladas were not typically prepared, just quick assembled by rolling meet dry in corn tortillas, spooning a little sauce over and broiled slightly. Steak was a bit chewy, and had little...flavor. And the accompanied lettus wasn't even kitchen prepared, came right out of store bag. I had to add lots of table salsa to get any flavor. Had some of GF's nachos and also was very boring. Just cheese and hamburger, and there was no seasoning in the meat. I think the kitchen is making their food with no effort of doing mexican, just quick and dirty. I eat at many Mexican resturants and I would not call it mexican. I would much rather get food from Taco Bell!!!! Can't recommend this restaurant for Mexican food.More

The burritos and enchiladas were yummy! Large portions, fast service, clean environment; so, will definitely go back.

This is not the right address. It is on 32nd and Broadway. Very good Mexican food. We order different items when we go. Best tacos. Very good tortilla soup. Very nice wait staff. Excellent margaritas.

Used to eat occasionally at their location on the other side of town. Stopped there last Friday evening. Both of us as it happened had the Chimichanga's hers was chicken mine 'steak'. My guess is they are purchased frozen then reheated. Used to be something...they did very sell, even list it on the menu as a "specialty". It WASN'T. Their definition of steak is ground beef, or hamburger, not even a high grade of ground beef. When we walked in the weather outside was raining, and it was nearly empty........this is ANOTHER example of a place who established a great reputation, and then decided to make a few more dollars by cheapening the product. If they moved to Broadway to increase walk-in traffic, it isn't working...OR enough people have figured out it isn't very good. Interesting side note.....when we walked in there was 2 other tables being used, one left within minutes of our arriving, BUT it was nearly an hour before the empty tables with food from previous customers were cleared....Is this an attempt to look as though they are busy?More

Our food was good as usual. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Council Bluffs. My fav menu item is the veggie taco salad. I love the sautéed vegetables and the shell was perfectly crispy. My family member got the tortilla soup, and although it...didn't look like she expected, she said it was very good, lots of chicken and the tortilla strips didn't get soggy in the soup. Our waiter was very prompt and courteous without being insincere.More
