Stopped for lunch when driving through Council Bluffs on our way home to Des Moines. We were seated immediately and brought water upon a request. We ordered pop and wings to start then ordered sandwiches. The wings were tender and meaty - for sauce we...love the Caribbean jerk! It has a little bite with some sweet! I ordered the Nashville hot and it was fabulous! The grilled chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce was hot and tasty along with the coleslaw and pickles... so good! My husband had the chicken wrap with fries. The grilled chicken was tender and coated in the Caribbean jerk sauce so tasty, with lettuce, tomato and cheese in the tortilla wrap. The fries are thin and crispy and generous in portion. Our server was very attentive to our needs - refills, sauces, etc although we were an extra outside of her section and we very much appreciated that!More

The food was ok, the dipping sauces were way too spicey! They should ask if you want it. It's very noisy in there and extremely hard to carry on a conversation. I probably wouldn't go there again. It's not the place to go to after...a long day.More

As you would expect with any Buffalo Wild Wings. Have outside seating overlooking a pond and fountain. Good view. TV outside as well to keep up with the games. Good service. Waitress very friendly. With outside seating, didn't like that smokers just walked down by...the pond (not too far away) and the smoke made it's way back to the patio. Cold Beer!More

Good as always. The menu changes all the time. New burgers and sandwiches every time we go. Great selection of wing sauces. Never disappointed.

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings before at different locations and the food is always good. So it is really the service that makes the difference. My family was here around 9 or 10 at night so there wasn't many people in there. The music...was nice and loud and the food was wonderful. Our waiter was the best though. He was funny, attentive, kept our drinks full, and made sure we were well taken care of.More

Always a good variety to choose from, with an ever changing menu that still maintains all my favorites. As always, the beer is ice cold with lots of choices on tap.

Stopped in afternoon and was relatively empty. The southwest sampler and tots were excellent. The chicken tacos on sampler were the best part of sampler. Service was not great but good.

We went to this restaurant in a group of 4. We ordered appetizers that didn't come before the meal. Two of us had ordered a couple of drinks at the bar and we gave the bartender a $50 bill for them and we had to...ask for the change back and he was all confused as to what happened and at first didn't even give us change. Food was just okay.More

BWW's is one of my favorite places to eat EVER. However, this location needs some improvement. Our poor waiter was brand new to his employment for the franchise and the female waitresses threw him to the wolves on New Year's Eve while they all stood...around and talked and took group "smoke breaks". Our order was wrong....twice. Not due to our waiter, but due to his lack of experience and whatever was going on in the kitchen. Our order was incomplete as we never even received part of our food. Really dropped our opinion of this establishment.More

A little tricky to get to, and limited parking. Ate several times. Always full, loud, and nice people.
