Dixie Quicks had a wide variety on their menu and everything we had was superb. Pork, Chicken, Red Beans and Rice, and delicious sides all were worth the trip. Dessert just was the icing on the Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler.

For whatever reason it has taken me way too long to go, especially based on the hype I've heard. We went with friends who have really talked this place up, and it was completely average. The friends agreed it was an off-night, and the manager even apologized without saying what he was apologizing for. Service and drinks were good, the... More

Wow I was in love with all the menu items and found a great salad and black beans for lunch! Best black beans I have ever had!!! I loved the groovy shop and amazing gallery space attached to the restaurant! A must see, eat, do while in omaha and council bluffs!

I have never eaten a meal at Dixie Quick's that didn't blow me away. The food is delicious & unique (even traditional menu choices are made in such a way that they are unlike you've ever tasted it before), the menu is very vegetarian friendly (but is also choked full of meat options), & the atmosphere is welcoming, warm, &... I went to Dixie Quicks with some friends who live in Council Bluffs. The restaurant itself had cool décor, and great ambience. The menu had great breakfast options on it. The mimosa was tasty and they had other opinions outside of the traditional-I chose mango. Now for the food itself, my French toast was plentiful and tasted great, though on... More

The service was good and ambiance/location were nice, but I wasn't impressed with their breakfast. They served canned tropical fruit (with literally 3 fresh grapes mixed in), don't offer egg whites as a substitute for eggs, potatoes weren't seasoned, and coffee tasted watered down. My meal was comparable to IHOP or Denny's.

Everytime I have been here the food has been excellent. Great staff, nice environment to have a date or a family meal.

Like the breakfast menu...something for everyone. The eggs Benedict is good, as are the omelets. I am going to try the chorizo scramble next time.

Sunday brunch, the place was packed. The service was excellent as was the food. Very interesting decorating. Lots of staff all working as a team. Strongly recommend.
