This is the gas stop we actually look forward to! We travel a lot between Michigan and CO, and this stop has it all. The bathrooms are always immaculate, and have...heated toilet seats and a bidet option ;-) There is a Caribou Coffee inside, a Burger King, and options to purchase quick meals (veggies, sandwiches, salads, yogurt, etc) in a... Usually Truckstop restaurants are predictable comfort food decent portions and relatively fast so you can get back on the road. Slow servcice, cold biscuts and gravy fir my son may eggs and hashbrowns were warm not hot so they were left out awhile. 2 waitresses and 8 tables to serve. And I could have used another coffee refill. We would... More

Sapp Bros own restaurrant is good. But like the burger king there and the Subway it closes at night. I can understanbd that more than Burger King and Subway being closed. Specially on a Saturday night. They had snacks but the dogs were still cooking.

Stopped here for breakfast and gasoline while driving through the area. The breakfast menu was extensive and clearly caters to truck drivers and other travellers although there were some locals too. The prices were reasonable and the service fast. The coffee was weak and generic but they kept coming back with more. The breakfast portions were good sized and served... More

The place is very clean and neat. The staff have been very courteous and respectful. The Apple Barrel Restaurant is a good place to eat. The food was very good.. We had the Smothered Chicken. The salad bar is not very large, but still has lots of options. The Chili was delicious, so was the Tomato Cheese soup. We noticed... More

Very clean and friendly. Coffee bar and restaurant plus a big gift shop. Cleanest and nicest bathrooms I have ever visited. Heated seats and a tv on the wall in the men's room. Top notch!

Where we were in traveling from Council Bluffs toward DesMoines; just before we were to turn onto I 80; this was fun..everything was served on fry pan like skillets. We had the buffet which was a bit overpriced but the items we selected were good. Service is not all that good; one waitress finally came to help us and got... More

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. My friend and I patiently waited to be served. We did get a drink, but that was as far as it went. After 15 minutes of not being waited on, we got up & left.

Service was good, seated myself at counter and server took my order promptly. Salad bar was small but well stocked. Ribeye steak was decent and cooked correct, baked potato was OK. Nothing stood out, bad or good. Prices were reasonable for an interstate truck stop restaurant. Better than fast food any day.
