My husband & I were passing through Coralville on our way home to Michigan and stopped to relax & have a bite of bbq. We were greeted very nicely and seated (around 12:10 pm) and waited, and waited, and waited. Two different young gentlemen waiters appeared in our area to wait/serve on others and not once were we looked at... More

Went here because I love BBQ and hadn't tried it yet. My wife and I went here for lunch and we tried a little bit of everything. Started out with the Brunswick Stew. I guess it's just different than the stew I've had in Georgia. This is thick with lots of sliced potatoes, corn of course, chicken and other vegetables.... More

Food was good - meat little dried out, but not bad. We had eaten at Hickory Park in Ames recently, they had more food for less money. However - this wasn't bad. The BBQ sauces were good. Service was good and very helpful in explaining their sauces.

The BBQ budget sandwiches were delicious, and big enough for dinner. Sampling different BBQ sauces was a neat opportunity. This restaurant is well worth a return trip.

I'm pretty fussy about my pulled pork and tend to favor how it's cooked in the south but the pulled pork here was simply incredible! So tender, so flavorful there was no need for sauce (unless on a sandwich for moisture). Our waiter was friendly and efficient. We found the prices to be very reasonably. The atmosphere is casual, spacious,... More

First time there and they have amazing food. I am very picky about my BBQ and they surpassed my standards. Very good portions worth every dime.

Staff is considerate. They ask if you have been there before and give a good description of the various sauces. All the BBQ is excellent. Best in Iowa so far. Place is clean. The meats are great, even without the many sauces. Never had BBQ turkey so good. Portions are big. We always get 3 meals out of the dinner.

Bbq was delicious! Loved being able to try all the different types of bbq sauce. Spicy and original were my favorite. Quick service and we were back on the road!

After a long of day of driving was looking for a restaurant close to the hotel and the night clerk suggested Banadana's . Sure glad he did, the barbecue was great and loved the choice of sauces!. The portions were generous and our waiter was very attentive. Wish I lived close by!

I love eating here when I'm n the mood for BBQ! I have eaten BBQ all over the Midwest and south, and I can say this place does it right. First of all they make delicious bbq and at a reasonable price. The staff are always friendly and when I have family in town this place fits the bill with... More
