A family run, old style diner type of joint with excellent food. Be prepared to wait and be. A little cramped but it is worth it.

Featured o diners, Drive-ins and Dives the Triple xxx is certainly a stop over when traveling. Nothing fancy-no flare-just down to earth good food. Don't expect to be "wined and dined" when going. Simply blend in with the locals and enjoy. Sandwiches are amazing. The "combination' of ingredients in some of the sandwiches is startling. The Pork Tenderloin is scrumptious.... More

I had the pork tenderloin, which for being touted as being something special, it was uniquely boring. Not flavorful at all, especially for an in-house dish. The hashbrowns were fairly well cooked but not much more to it. The only real good thing about this place is the price. If you're looking for an average meal for $6, this is... More

Triple XXX is a unique Hoosier Landmark that has attracted the Purdue family for generations. Their root beer is unique & their menu is full of memorable named dishes from football heroes of yore. This is a diversion for families traveling north or south on I65 & something to talk about for years! Triple XXX is worth the extra time... More

It was recommended we stop here for lunch -----> I'm not sure why. I do like diners and the concept of a 50's restaurant is fine with me, but I didn't see any food, service, or atmosphere that was different than Steak N' Shake or any other chain restaurant. Burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. We certainly all liked ours, but... More

Good diner food. We sat at a table outside, otherwise it is all crowded counter seating. TINY ladies room. I recommend the new Boudia.

Have been coming here since 1969 have never been disappointed. Best breakfast in the city in my opinion. I'll be back soon.

Very nostalgic, fun, old fashioned diner. The best root beer as it uses real sugar and no high fructose corn syrup ( not that sugar is good for you, but the taste is what I remember as a kid! ). Burgers were really good, we were encouraged to try one with peanut butter, and we were daring and shocked as... More

Had the pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Pancakes were delicious and bacon standard. Good pricing. It's a classic West Lafayette establishment that is worth the visit.
