Spending a week in Vevay, eating locally, and Moasis was next on the list. This is a bar with sandwiches, and limited dinner entrees(6). It shares the same building with Mo's Steak house - but Moasis entrance is in the side-rear of the building. I tried the Supreme Panini, wife got the Pork Tenderloin sandwich. They were both huge, the... More

This place was pleasant surprise. We were there just after lunchtime and there were not many cars in their large parking lot. We were in a motorhome and thought that we might just make our own lunch if they were closed. They were, in fact, open and we went in. This is a large, full-service type restaurant with a large... We stopped in here for supper on a Saturday evening and were treated to excellent service, great food, and fun entertainment in the form of a singer/guitar player. It was a great stop on our road trip to the river.

We started off with the Texas Fire Crackers, an unusual appetizer that was very good! I'm a picky person when it comes to my red meat, especially burgers. This burger was obviously hand made, not from a freezer pack. It was cooked exactly as asked. Juicy, tender with a great taste. Others in my party had the blackened fish sandwich,... More

My mom and I are full-time Rv'ers and visiting family here in town. Yesterday we went to Moasis Bar (Mo's Steak House) and were very impressed. We're partial to Gulf Shrimp but decided to try the Jumbo Shrimp plate which is Thailand shrimp. WOW! It was awesome! All of the food was great, the waitresses were very nice, and Mo... More

The lunch special was under $7 so I ordered it. The BBQ chicken was okay, but not great. The chicken was fine, but something about the sauce didn't appeal to me. If they charged any more I would more seriously complain, but for $7 it was fine. The service was great and my waitress was prompt with my water refills... More

Seven miles from Belterra Casino, we decided to grab a bite before the concert in this bar and grill. They know how to do prime rib and our server, Erin, could not have been nicer. The chili is homemade, and it shows in the best way. Since it's a bar, though, the coffee isn't always the freshest.

Good food, but the atmosphere is bland. Like eating in a cafeteria. I hear the steaks are very good though and many people enjoy the food!
