I ordered a small Sicilian Sausage and Pepperoni pizza plus a half order of spaghetti with meat sauce to go. The price was less than $20. The spaghetti came with plenty of garlic bread and was enough for 2 meals. The pizza was a deep dish pizza and enough for 3 meals. The pizza was excellent. Plenty of toppings and... More

This pizza place is a favorite of locals. The pizza is delicious and there is a wealth of choices for toppings and sizes. They do put an enormous amount of cheese on the pizza, so beware.

Me and my GF ordered the Sicilian special and OMG it was amazing! This pie was thick with Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onions, green peppers, bacon and covered with oodles of cheese that was nicely browned. The sauce was so good, way better then any regular chain pizza. The 747 is also a sight to behold, it's a monster!!... More

Maurizio's Pizza (Wabash Ave and Lafayette Ave locations) are owned by the same family. Both locations put out the best pizza that you have to try! All the normal combinations of fresh ingredients that you love on a pizza but the crust and sauce are the things that will bring you back! Pizza, sandwiches, bread sticks and wings, all great!

My family has frequented Maurizio's since the 80's, and our love for this pizza is not based on nostalgia. The crust is a bit more of a pastry crust, the cheese is always perfectly melted, and their sausage is my favorite by far.

Growing up in Terre Haute, you know about Maurizio's Pizza. It's a locally owned business with 2 locations in Terre Haute. The pizza is amazing! The breadsticks are freshly baked and the service is great! Just what you would expect from a small town restaurant. The owner has significant ties to the community. He was my psychology teacher in high... More

My husband and I had not been to Maurizio's Pizza for a number of years, and decided we were going to try out locally owned places to eat that we had not been to or had not been for a long while. It's a small place with nice, fast service. It's just that the pizza crust was just okay...I mean,... More

I been going to Maurizio's for years and it has never let me down. The toppings are fresh and the sauce is sweet. The breadsticks are to die for and the beer is cold! All around great place!!

Yuck. One of the most pathetic excuses for pizza I have ever eaten. If my only choices for pizza were this place and an expired Totinos Pizza, bring on the Totinos!

My brother-in-law lives in Terre Haute and he suggested we get two 747 pies for our large group. These pizzas are huge pies and the slices are cut into small bite sized pieces. The pizza itself is quite tasty. The toppings are fresh, the sauce is sweet and the dough is thin, but not crunchy thin. It isn't the best... More
