They sell gourmet chocolates by the pound. If you can image it, they most likely make it. Their hot chocolate is made with their melted chocolate & milk. They also sell a variety of cheesecake, cookies & muffins. I love the bottles of specialty drinks (Suds 'N Dogs root beer, Jelly Belly a variety of flavors & my favorite Cheerwine).

We enjoyed some chocolate treats. Loved the caramel chocolate! Yummy!! Staff was very nice. We got some sandwiches to go as well for the road trip. The Grilled cheese was a bit much (very greasy) but the veggie wrap was great!

Wonderful relaxed cafe/candy/restaurant. Like going back in time. One of each of every kind of chocolate or candy. They have board games out to play at the table. A separate play area for the toddlers. People strolled and played corn hole board out front. The State Theater was playing Rocky Horror later that night. I'm not sure but I think... More

Good soups and chili in the chilly winter months; a whole wall of retro soft drinks in nifty glass bottles; and an outdoor patio for when the weather is nice. I appreciate their evening hours as well for a late dinner when traveling.

I met an old friend for lunch the other day and we ordered sandwiches and ate them outside in the shade of the umbrellas. Everyone was really friendly and the food was good. Neither of us could eat the whole sandwich so we took half of them home. It's a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of small... More

Anytime I'm in south bend I have to make it to the chocolate cafe. I love the iced chai tea. The kids love the turtles. Also, the special treat is next door at the old-fashioned candy shop. They have many of the ole school candies we grew up on. Great location in downtown allows you to visit and window-shop at... More

When in South Bend, this is a must stop. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the chocolate is awesome with many different flavors.

Oh no!!! Chocolate seafoam was OLD! Chocolate was turning white after not being tempered property. The inside was thin and tasted nasty. Definitely not what what you would expect from a chocolate store. Other items tasted wrong. Vanilla creams, peanut butter chocolates - all awful. I see why your popcorn line was long and I was the only fool buying... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed their chocolate cheesecake! I was also able to purchase some Chobani Greek Yogurt from them after my morning workout. Very family friendly, with something for everyone...and most any time of day. Highly Recommend!
