Stopped in here day before a game. Hostess ignored us as we stood two inches in front of her! We put our name in and she said about 25 minutes so we made our way to the bar. A little tough to get attention for a drink and it wasn't even packed. About half hour later we notice empty tables... More

Went here for lunch the weekend we visited for a Notre Dame football game (GO IRISH!). The atmosphere was great. We sat at the bar for lunch and some brews. If you get a chance try the blackberry IPA -- it's a local beer, the brewery being about 90 miles away. The bartender was very attentive and welcoming. My only... More

Yes, slow service, took about 10 minutes to get a beer at the bar and it was not crowded for a football Sunday afternoon. The barmaid was nice and friendly, just slow. When she was not on her phone she was in the back. Bar back would not make eye contact with anyone, so could not get help from him.... More

You will have lots of fun, see all sorts of crazy fans and WILL NOT HEAR YOURSELF THINK.....the noise and excitement level is 1,000Db. Food is 6.5/10, drinks are generous and the waitresses are very pretty.

We went to O'Rourke's at a busy time on a football weekend, and they could not have been nicer. Food was good, service was excellent.

Great Bloody Mary! Chicken wings with Thai chili were delicious. The Corned beef and cabbage was a large portion and very tender.

Traditional gathering place for folks of all ages visiting Notre Dame. Cross between basic Sports Bar and Grill and an Irish Pub. Good Food, reasonable prices. Can be a wait on Football weekends or when other activities are in full swing around campus. Not usually a "quiet" place !

We went to O'Rourke's during a Notre Dame "mini reunion" for lunch and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! Be ready to wait for your table during game weekends-- but it is well worth the wait! Food was delicious. The Southwestern Chicken Wrap was perfectly seasoned and the fries were good, too. Salads were fresh and presented well. I love... More

We went during a Notre Dame game (actually, left at half time), thinking we would beat the crowd. Not so much. Very noisy, very energetic crowd. If you want to be able to carry on a conversation, don't go here on a football day! Anyway, food was very good and the service was also good in spite of the crowds.... More

We ate there while dropping our son back to Nd. Food was very good, especially the Shepard pie. Weate outside when it started to rain so we had to move our table under an awning. Service was a bit slow but we were not in any rush. Menu is reasonably priced. Always a long wait on game weekends.

Thank Suzanne M
