I can't believe I've never eaten here before. Was passing through Seymour and checked out tripadvisor and decided to stop here. I tried the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich, a cheeseburger, and fries. The tenderloin was very good but the cheeseburger with grilled onions was awesome. The fries were some of the best fresh cut fries I've had. Can't wait to... More

My family enjoys finding hole in the wall places to eat. Today was rainy so we decided on a drive away from home. We ended up on Chestnut St in Seymour (John Cougar Mellancamp debut album in 1976) & found this adorable little diner. We consumed the deliciousness which consisted of chicken salad, bison burger, chicken tenders & fries. The... More

Really good hamburgers and fries. The staff could use a little help on quality service. But the food will make up for the personalities of the staff. Will return be a useful of the small-town restaurant atmosphere and good food

This is a great local place to eat the fries are awesome! The burgers are great and your supporting a small town business. If you like onions the cheeseburger with is my favorite. The fried potatoes and onions at breakfast are awesome as well this is good food not your typical fast food!

Waitress was there promptly to take our drink orders and we ordered our food at the same e time. Food came promptly but waitress disappeared to the front part of restaurant and didn't came back to... This has been a staple of the community for decades!!! Friendly, family owned, old fashioned eatery!! Consistent and consistently good!!! I love the "Dewey" for breakfast-sausage patties, eggs, potatoes, biscuit and gravy!!! Delicious!!! Coffees fresh and hot-service good!! Hamburgers & fries always good!!! They prepare their fries a different way than most and use "real" potatoes!!! Daily specials and always... More

This has always been a town favorite for me! It is more about the experience with great service, and some throw back scenery. It is a small restaurant that is fully packed during lunch hours, but that doesn't stop them from getting your food out very fast! Food is all cooked fresh to order and if you like a little... More

Met up with some family members when I was back in town last week and it was so crowded we could barely all sit together. But a couple nice guys let us borrow 2 seats - good Seymour gentlemen. I was craving meatloaf but by 12:15 they had already sold out so I went with the tried and true Cheesburger... More

I love their hotcakes and the servers are amazing. Tried burger and was bland, eggs were rubbery at breakfast. Leave smelling like 30 year old grease. The locals think it is the most amazing food ever though.
