The only positive thing: how nice the staff members are to guests. Our visit was during Covid, so the buffet could only be served to guests by the staff (great practice); however the buffet was not clean. Food had been dropped in between the serving...dishes and left to dry there ( like actual piles of food not just few Droppings here & there). In addition, if you ordered green beans you may get noodles that had been dropped into that serving dish etc. Again the public does not have access to self serve, so if the staff didn’t care about maintaining good habits of cleaning the buffet, what does the kitchen look like? No they were not busy, 1 table was finishing their meal & left about 5 minutes after we entered. The food was very bland with cheaply made Ingredients. 10.99 for adults, plus the cost of a drink ( drink either 2.99 or 3.99 I can not remember). I wished I took a picture, so show the mess of the buffet. Another positive although we were the only family, the staff always kept their mask on even when they were in the other parts of restaurant. Again, I want to Emphasize how nice & kind the staff was to us.More

First off this is a during covid review, so my experience may be different from others. The food was very good, the restaurant did lack staff and it took a very long time to get our food. There was a lack of food we ordered and...there was some lack of communication with staff on what we were actually getting. Some food was cold unfortunately, it was probably excellent if it was warm. I'm hoping during normal times this place is ran better because it could be amazing. I would say it is a hidden gem if things are normally different.More

First, let me say this is not a fancy place. It is simple, down earth good country cooking. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way. Prices are average, but portions are large. The bar tender is awesome as well. Good selections...and decent solid tasting foods. The bar drinksnare Christmas themed which is fun!!More

My family recently stayed at the Santa Claus Lodge for the first time. The hotel was a little dated and I think they could use to upgrade their bedding, but the amenities were terrific. My kids loved the two pools and the zip lines! The...restaurant was good, but wish they allowed us to order off the menu rather than the buffet. Cannot say enough great things about the staff! Everyone was so friendly and we will definitely be staying again in the future.More

This restaurant is located inside Santa's Lodge. It is a buffet style. We have ate there a couple of times. It is a little expensive for what you get.

My wife and I ate here on our trip to Santa Claus Indiana. They have a nightly buffet but we were early so ordered from menu. Food was good, prices were reasonable. Service was friendly but slow. Not a lot of other choices in town

This was by far the worst meal, service, and restaurant we have had. Our waitress was very unfriendly and was dirty. The food was disgusting and the noodles were gray. We went back to our room and had Easy Mac in the microwave.

We stopped in here for the breakfast buffet. Service was good and friendly. Food selection on the buffet was average. Pretty much the basic. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They had French toast sticks and cereal as well. Wasnt overally impressed with the food...flavor. The eggs were bland, french toast sticks were a little hard. But all in all it's a breakfast buffet so ate it and got full.More

The restaurant serves and buffet course both breakfast and dinner. The menu is very nicely located up stairs in the Santa Lodge and posted with the days features so you will know if you do not care to descend the stairs and eat.
