Have dined in and it's okay, but not worth the outrageous price. 2 fried fish dinners and 2 drinks, $50? Seriously? Carry out blows. 3 times in 6 months and all three times have been a disaster. Wrong orders, cold food, greased-soaked food. Raised a...More

Ok the fish isn't the only thing good at the VI. The barbecued 2 inch thick pork chop is a good choice, so are the ribs. The teriyaki chicken is an old favorite and so is the grilled pork tenderloin. Sorry, you will need to...More

We've driven past so many times, and decided to stop finally. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent. It was very busy and pretty noisy. Service was quick and efficient. I did NOT enjoy climbing the stairs and found out later we could have set...More

I have lunch with friends here about once per month. The past 3 times, I had the triple decker turkey club. It was again the best turkey club I have had in many years. The service , as usual, was excellent.

All staff is friendly and do their best to remember our favorite meals and drinks. Alex makes a wonderful margarita with lime juice not the artificial mixer. They do their best to cook our steaks as we like (very rare) and always make sure we...More

The RVI has had its ups and downs over the years. I've been there twice in the past month and am happy to say it reminds me of the RVI from years ago... Fast friendly service and very good food. Not to mention the added...More

This quaint village of Roanoke has two of the best restaurants in Indiana. The Roanoke Village Inn is well known for it's Deep Fried and Broiled Haddock, as well as it'sThick Pork Chop Dinners. A little pricey but you won't be disappointed in the food.
