On my last visit to the Artist's Colony Restaurant in January, I sampled a friend's quesadilla (bacon, mushrooms, chives, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses) and baked sweet potato (with brown sugar sauce). All my friends have raved over the sweet potato for years, but I had never tried it. Well, the GOOD NEWS is that I LOVED it and vowed that... More

I've had both breakfast and dinner here on multiple occasions. Breakfast offers a great buffet. Dinner is seriously like eating dinner at Grandma's house. So good!

We stopped in for a late lunch and the restaurant was very quiet. We enjoyed delicious Angus burgers and all were well-prepared, with lots of cheese and fries. No restaurant in Brown County is cheap, but these burgers were excellent. Service was efficient and the only complaint I had was it was a little chilly. The AC was working very... More

Great food without it being "country" so all can enjoy. I enjoyed their chili (could use a little more cheese) and their meatloaf was fantastic

One of the few restaurants in downtown Nashville that actually has working A/C. They are a little pricey but it is worth it.

The house was very interesting, but the food was bland - nothing special, just okay. It seemed that maybe the food had been warming for a while - especially the baked potato. No bread was offered.

Had lunch here on a Saturday, and were able to get right in with no wait. It was super hot that day, and I asked the waitress for a huge ice water, and to keep them coming! She brought me a big glass, along with a carafe! Loved it! My husband had the Meat Loaf Manhattan. He is a big... More

The location is very ggod and the setting is noce. It is right downtown Nashville. The food was good (nothing outstanding) but I thought was a little overpriced. My husband got the catfish dinner for $17 and only recieved one piece of fish. The fish was good but I thought he woud at least get two pieces. Again, my sandwich... More

We ate here twice during our stay. We would recommend the Catfish and the chicken pot pie. The food and the service was fabulous!
