Food bland. Nice atmosphere. Don't expect anything here to tickle your tastebuds. Just looking for a cozy kind of place, though, this would be it.

We ate at the Little Gem twice during our recent stay. On both visits we had great service and good food. The food is genuine southern Indiana comfort food at very reasonable prices. Friday morning breakfast was from the menu. The omelette ordered was stuffed with toppings. The biscuits and gravy was some of the best this writer has eaten.... More

The food and service was great. Leslie at the front was very kind, friendly and helpful. She even offered me a drink to go.

This place is fantastic. Went there is early spring when the weather was still cool and really want to return when the weather is warmer. Would be a fantastic place to stay in the fall. It's a nature lovers dream. The restaurant has very good food too!

Our family has been going there for 14 years, sometimes eating at restaurant. We have a lot of children of all ages and they have welcomed them.

We stayed for a week in one of the Abe Martin family cabins. The cabin itself was what we expected (although the Lodge website is not very informative and we had to make several phone calls to know what to expect). However, the cabin wasn't ready at check in time when we arrived (2 housekeepers had called in sick) and... More

We were staying at the Abe Martin lodge for our Brown County weekend and decided to have breakfast that Saturday morning at the Abe Marion Lodge Restaurant. Based on our breakfast experience I would not eat there again but would stay at the lodge. It was not very crowded but the service was slow. During the hour we were there... More

We were staying in the cabins and ate a dinner and breakfast here. The service and atmosphere were great, very accommodating. The food was pretty average. Not bad but just average. We had the buffet both times and they were really struggling to keep everything filled. Some of the items ran out and were not replaced for 15 or 20... More

We stopped here for lunch while attending the Bill Monroe bluegrass festival in Beanblossom. This is a very rustic place-- but so beautiful. Our table looked out onto the butterfly garden, and we ordered off the menu. Service was excellent, and we didn't wait too long for our food. My mother said her BLT was the best she ever had--...
