Roy Magne is a hidden gem in Lofoten, northern Norway, Norway, Europe ... His layed-back stories from the cache to the table is a theatre worthy. There are not that many great restaurants in the Leknes area so we were not sure what to expect from Lofoten Food Studio. But this was a great experience - one chef and an assistance made food for 12 people around one table and we...got to enjoy delicious food including quail egg and ham, white asparagus, ceviche, giant crab and haddock, whale. reindeer etc. A lot of the products were locally produced. We also got good quality wine! If you are in the area and what an amazing dining experience, do not hesitate to book a table!More

Not only the food, also the waiters are awesome. The best fish I have tasted at Oslo and some other feature amazing: It's late open.

Creative chef who brings artic food to another level. Way in front of all other restaurants on the lofoten. Only minor points on the entire evening is that restaurant is hard to find due to erratic address and the chef forgot to read abt my...fish allergy. Everything is freshly prepared, format is excellent for socializing. Kingcrab, fantastic scallops, artic char, halibut, lamb and awesome dessert. Replacements for the fish allergy were creatively replaced on the evening. Price / quality of food, drink excellent.More

From start to finish this was a food experience with focus on local food and perfection in the execution. The Chef is attentive to the guests, but lets the food to the talking and facilitates a great atmosphere.
