First off, the food here is ridiculously good. I’m mad at myself that it took so long for me to get here because I’ve really missed out! My fried chicken with cheddar grits and kale was amazing, as was my husband’s shrimp and grits. The...serving sizes were HUGE! We brought half of our lunch home and had it for supper! The only downside to our meal was the environment - we were the only patrons there, and some employees were sitting at a table in the back of the restaurant. Even though we were at the front, the workers’ conversations were so loud that we could barely hear each other speak. We rushed through eating so that we could leave and get out of the loud environment. Our waitress, Hailey, was amazing though! I just wish the staff had been more aware of their customers and their dining experience. As it was, it felt like we were interrupting a party.More

We were looking for a place to eat dinner while Kentucky restaurants were closed for indoor dining during COVID-19 and found this place with a limited but interesting menu and decided to give it a try. It's a small, intimate setting, especially with reduced capacity...during the pandemic. Service was attentive without being obtrusive. Even with fewer than a dozen main courses on the menu, we had difficultly choosing between Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Brisket, Lamb Meatball Sliders, Trio of Tacos, or Fauxhawk Burger. Our server, Olivia, recommended I try the Buttermilk Fried Chicken and my husband settled on the Fauxhawk Burger. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken included two, skinless breasts with flavorful breading, fried to perfection, wonderfully moist, and topped with a rosemary & bourbon syrup. The cheese grits and braised kale with bacon and onions were perfect accompaniments. The Fauxhawk Burger was a tasty mixture of beans and vegetables on a soft roll with tasty toppings that included tomato jam and avocado. We enjoyed a several draft beers with our meal including my favorite, Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter. Our tab, before tip, was a very reasonable $45.More

Amazing experience. I have major food allergies, and I felt so safe! I had the mushroom pot pie, awesome. John has the brisket - nothing left on his plate. The beer was true to style. We will be back!

This place sits right near the river and is a great location to walk the bridge after a meal. Our waitress is a mother of twins, body of a 50 year old and spirit of a 20 year old. She was awesome! There were 4...in our party. We got the Shrimp and Grits, Fried Chicken and Brewhouse Burger all very delicious. Don’t forget dessert!More

Traveling during Covid times can be a challenge. We stumbled across this little restaurant with outdoor seating mid week on a lovely October evening. Service was stellar and food even better! Hubby had the Shrimp and Grits which he is still raving about. I ordered...the Veggie burger (best I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them!) and the truffle fries which are to die for! Our dining companions ordered the crab cakes, oh yum! and steak and truffle fries and the Taco trio I think it was called. They enjoyed their dinner as well. Don't let the weird name or funky Yeti scare you away. This is a place to visit in Jeffersonville. There is actually quite a bit in the are to see and do. Schimpffs Confectionary across the street is a must!!! As is going over the walking bridge at night.More

My husband and I were on a recent getaway, and we were directed to this restaurant by our innkeeper at Market Street Inn. We decided on truffle fries as an appetizer. Holy Cow! These were absolutely amazing. I could have made them my whole meal,...but we did order entrees. I had the Brewhouse Burger with macaroni and cheese, and my husband had the Brisket Sandwich with the handcut fries with bourbon barrel smoked sea salt and pepper. We tasted food from each other's plates, and we were so impressed! Definite 5 star material! Thank you, Red Yeti, for an excellent culinary experience.More

We’ve spent our vacation days exploring Indiana instead of traveling this year. One of our day trips was to Jeffersonville. In an effort to social distance we sat outside, which is a sidewalk not a patio. Not much scenery, but the service and food were...awesome. We had a wonderful waitress who carefully explained the menu and offered suggestions. They have a good beer selection, which my hubby enjoyed. He had the three tacos and I had the salad of the day. My salad was absolutely delicious and he enjoyed his tacos. We will likely stop in again the next time we’re in Southern Indiana.More

Short walk from the Townplace Suites hotel. They had outside and inside seating. Opted for the outside. Worth the short wait. Great friendly waitress. I really liked people watching while eating. Food was wonderful. Had their brisket sandwich which I highly recommend.

Headed back to Wisconsin from Myrtle beach and found this place on Trip Advisor. Did not disappoint. Just don’t eat the Truffle fries as an app-way too filling. My husband had the Kentuckyana turkey which was so good he wants to try to make it...at home. I had the FauxHawk burger that was spectacular!! Will keep this in our list for the next time we pass through. Really nice little community too!More

My friend and I went for a late lunch and opted to sit outside to social distance. Outdoor seating is noisy, dusty, and unpleasant all the way around. We each had a salad and they were fine but rather small and very pricey. Don't think...I'll be going back anytime soon unfortunately.More
