The doughnuts here are legendary be prepared to stand in line but these rings are worth the wait! Try the traditional yeast doughnuts, and the cinnamon rolls!

Don't eat the Long's Donuts unless you are willing to eat about a half dozen. Much better than any retail store bakery or even Krispy Kreme. Not that pricey, so you may buy several different types. Long's is a traditional bakery in Indianapolis.

Best donuts in the city, and a whole lot cheaper than most. Great other baked goods as well. Bring cash.

After lunch we needed just a bit of sweets so we stopped by and purchased donuts. They were very good...almost as good as Krispy Creme. Would definite go back for more. Service was very good.

LONGS is at least 50 years old. It standing room only and lines go out the door sometimes and of course they like cash. But, your taste buds will thank you later, They have the best yeast donuts in this world! I'm just gonna tell you that I like 'em hot right out of the oven. I am so indulgent-I... More

If you are really into great doughnuts, it would be hard to beat Longs Bakery. They have two locations so you can enjoy them downtown or on the south side of town. During the years that I was working, that was the place to go and we would regularly send someone down there to bring back four or five dozen.... More

My girlfriend and I stopped in for dessert before heading back to our hotel and got a couple "apple fries" and cream horns and they were easily the best I have ever had! Service however was a little unfriendly. The woman behind the counter seemed like she was ready to close up shop and was a little annoyed that we... More

I can only speak to the soft, yummy, yeast, sugar glazed donut that melts in your mouth at the first bite. It's the only one I ever buy when I get to Longs. I've had many other donuts, including sugar glazed yeast donuts from other places around the country. Nothing compares to a Longs donut, especially when it's still warm... More

If you ever visit Indy you must stop at Long's Bakery. It's located down the street from the Indianapolis Speedway on 16th Street. There is always a line at this place. The line winds inside and goes out the door. Unbelievable. A small hole in the wall shop with no parking. Only street parking. And yet people come. Prices are... More
