I ordered the Kung pow extra spicy it was good but it wasn’t extra spicy. My wife had the hot and sour soup it was good and very hot. The restaurant was clean and the restroom was spotless. I’ve never been in a cleaner Chinese...restaurant. Not a lot of atmosphere but better than most in a strip mall. I’ll come back if I’m in the area.More
Food is fresh, clean, no MSG and constantly very good. Always reliable take out on those nights where you do want to cook. Seafood soup is awesome. Also, they will make whatever you ask for and all orders are ready within twenty minutes.
I get lunch here occasionally and the portions are fair, and the prices good for the lunch combos. The cashier could be friendlier, but in her defense they are usually pretty busy. Worth checking out only if in the area.
It's our family tradition to have Chinese food every Christmas Eve, and thus we first tried Chow Express because it was a few blocks away. Now it is my go-to food for pickup, and my favorite Crab Rangoon in town. Stopped in for a quick lunch: General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. Lunch special price was reasonable, especially for the size of the portion. Chef cooked everything to order as you can see into the kitchen. Fresh, flavorful food. This was the first time I visited , I was not having big expecting , but food was good and I mean it was good .. I tried Veg lau-mein and thats the best lau-mein I had across all the restaurants near castleton and fishers...I would suggest them to have a different sause that might help us to enhance the taste.. Sause was missing .. I till try again with different dish. for 6.98 you will get a lunch and a cold drink . Thats nice rightMore
Busy at lunch, but things move quickly. Good General Tso's Chicken with white rice and drink - great deal at less than $7.
Good, predictable food. Many dishes to choose from, will allow substitutions but if busy not always pleased to do it. Always hot!
