This has been a diner on the east side of Indianapolis since the 1950's. The burgers and the best and was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

Both service and food were outstanding. Had the smoked meatloaf, deep smoke flavor but tasty. Recommend the Mac and cheese as one of your sides.

It looks older on the outside but it is what is on the inside that counts. The food is certainly worth evry dollar you spend. If you are real lucky and they have it on the menu try the smoked meatloaf and greens.

We had Pork Tenderloin and Meatball sandwiches and split them between the two of us. The Tenderloin was huge and delicious. The Meatball sandwich had more bread than I like and my wife thought it was a little too toasted but the Meatball, cheese, marinara combination was awesome. The fries were a little cold. We also had the mushroom appetizer,... More

Take a walk back in time as you walk through the door! Amazing diner with the friendliest staff around! Traveling through and stopped for a late lunch and they did not disappoint! We both enjoyed their tenderloin, and tender it was, no knife necessary! Had to order a side of beef and noodles just to taste, delicious! The food was... More

Live in the neighborhood, but had not been here in years due to a bad experience with previous owners, so finally gave it another shot. Fairly typical diner menu, but everything fresh and well prepared. Tried the pork tenderloin with fries, fried green tomatoes, beef and noodles with a side of vegetables. Fried items expertly done, great taste you want... More

Saw it on DDD and went for lunch. A bit disappointed. My blank n bleu burger was mediocre at best (nearly broke a tooth on a piece of gristle). Beef and noodles had good flavor but only had a couple small pieces of beef (basically gravy noodles). Onion rings were good. Dining room needs remodel and de-molding on ceiling. Restroom... More

My son wanted to come here. He saw the restaurant reviewed on the Food Network Channel. We ordered the meatball appetizer, which was four meatballs covered in red sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. It was hot and tasty. My son and I ordered the beef and noodles with mash potatoes and green beans. My husband ordered the chili spaghetti. The... More

This is a classic drive-in restaurant. The drive-in part is still there but not in use any longer. The inside looks like it is frozen in 1955 (in a good way). The service was fast and friendly and the food good. Prices are reasonable. I was there for a Vintage Motorcycle meet which is the first Thursday of every month.... More

Our waitress was great. She was fast, and helpful, but not hovering over us. Food was good. I had the tenderloin sandwich, wife had a very good pork chop meal. They didn't have onion rings that I really wanted, but that tells me they are really good because they were out. Only $21 for the total bill. Definitely got a... More
