Went to dinner with my fiance, mom, and aunt the weekend of our wedding. The staff was a 3 star, but friendly. The food was great! We had ravioli, crabcakes, and a cheese and charcuterie plate at our table, all delicious! The 360/revolving views of the city are AMAZING from the top of the PNC/Hyatt building! We loved it so... Great 360 degree view of Indy, But food was so bad that I had Stomach cramps for 4 days. Wait staff was inattentive and didn't respond when it was pointed out that half the order was missing.

I took my wife here for her birthday with high expectations. I was even frustrated that we were running 5 minutes late. Had I know the food and service would be lousy I would have fired up the grille at home. Nice view but over priced and the steak taste like hospital food. Save your money and maybe grab a... More

The location on top of the tower is absolutely beautiful. Specially at sunset. I am not that tall but for a 5'5' person I felt the table was too high for the booth seats. The server and staff was friendly and helpful. However the food was average. Portion size was big enough that we packed the leftovers to go. The... More

Not up to usual Hyatt standards, simply looked and felt dated. Only place to sit and chat other than foyer bar.

This is a wonderful place to go if you want to get a great view of downtown Indianapolis. My husband and I really enjoyed see a 360○ view of beautiful downtown-including the Capitol building, Lucas Oil Stadium and the White Water Canal. The drink prices were about what you'd expect in a downtown hotel bar. We ordered cocktails but the... More
