While the atmosphere is still wonderful (who can resist a 360-degree view of the city?), the food and service are only adequate.

My wife & I went for our anniversary. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we started to notice scuff marks on the wall's, dirty glass windows and screws sticking out of the drywall. The chair I was seated at needed maintenance. The food was really bad. The drinks & the view are the only thing worth seeing here!

Very nice views at the rotating restaurant at the top of the Hyatt in downtown Indianapolis. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was quite good. However (and this is a big however) the rotating mechanism seems to need service. The rotation is very slow, and it jerks constantly as it moves, and I honestly felt seasick! Very... More

Oh where do I begin? I'll start at the beginning, service was as if we were at Ponderosa not a 5 star steakhouse. We were told about the bread that "came from a bakery in Chicago" and it never came. We received our food - we ordered a filet and I asked for no mushrooms and it had mushrooms. The... More

We stayed at the Hyatt and decided to have an after dinner cocktail here. A waitress promptly seated us and took the order for our drinks. After finally getting served by another server, she disappeared for the next 45 minutes. We decided not to order a re-fill but to get the bill and go to bed. However, we waited until... More

I was warmly greeted upon my arrival. The bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping staff was superb.

This was about our 10th trip to TEN. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary. This is our VERY FAVORITE restaurant for this. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. I had requested a table for 2 by the windows and that's what we were given. The hostess was very nice. Our server, Jared, was exceptional.... More

My wife and I were on an anniversary trip and I booked this as a surprise. Taking the elevator up to the top floor and stepping out onto the moving platform was exiting. We were worried that we were going to get sick while dining since entire floor moves while yo are sitting and eating but that was not the... More

Went to dinner with my fiance, mom, and aunt the weekend of our wedding. The staff was a 3 star, but friendly. The food was great! We had ravioli, crabcakes, and a cheese and charcuterie plate at our table, all delicious! The 360/revolving views of the city are AMAZING from the top of the PNC/Hyatt building! We loved it so...
