Great atmosphere, wonderful food and excellent service. We went during Devour Indy. Be sure to make reservations. The chicken fondue tastes best dipped in the curry sauce. For dessert the brownies and waffles dipped in chocolate are the best!

Wife has been wanting to try this place for years and I finally agreed to go for our anniversary. We were seated in a small room for 2 apart from the main dining room, perfect since we haven't ate out much since Covid. We decide...on the 4 course meal for 2. Having never been there before, our server took the time and explained very well how our night would go. All the food was very good and we were stuffed at the end. The meal took around 2 hours, but the pacing was good and it didn't seem that long. I would go back again for a special occasion.More

Went to The Melting Pot today. It was during Devour Indy.... we ordered off of the Devour menu. It was AWESOME, the price was fantastic and the food was ALL awesome. Our Server, Rachelle was awesome, and went out of her way to explain the...menu, plus she explained her preparation of each course of the menu. From start to finish the whole experience took just over two hours. Timing was very good, and it was a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back!!!More

Great meal on a Friday evening back in the Lover's Lane section. We had a wonderful server who checked back on us often. I enjoyed the fondue aspect of the meal. Excellent food, cocktails, and desserts. It is a leisurely meal, which means it will...take over an hour. Plan accordingly.More

Service was unreasonably SLOW, even though the restaurant was 1/4th full. When the dessert fondue arrived, the waitress tried to light the flambe', but DROPPED the lighter in the dessert (by the way, it was a cheap BIC lighter - how classy). Not a biggie,...and she said "I'll be back", and she left, and I thought she was going to bring a new dessert. Instead, she came back with a new lighter, FISHED THE OLD ONE OUT OF THE FONDUE, and then attempted to light the gross fondue with the new lighter (the alcohol had already evaporated by then). Unbelievable.More

Worst service! Server disappeared several times while water glasses went infilled and fondue pots burned .

Will never return! We bussed our own table between each course. We poured all but one round or our waters and had to go find a pitcher of water 2 times – yes the gave it to us and left us to pour our own....We waited more than 25 minutes between the completion of a course and the arrival of the next. The manager actually said that wait was to be expected because they prep food fresh. The course had 4 pieces of 4 items that were raw, merely needed to be cooked. When I pointed that out, she replied gluten free takes longer. OUTRAGEOUS! Go to another location or another restaurant!More

My husband and I were in town Sunday for a little vacation and made a reservation. We got sat at a small booth that felt romantic and private. Great staff, Korbin led us through the menu and had good recommendations, he made our night so...special and is an excellent server. The manager also stopped to see how our night was and is very personable. If you are full by dessert I highly recommend getting it to go! It comes ready to heat up for later.More

We enjoy coming here for my sons anniversary. Nice selection of veggies and bread. Then beef, shrimp, chicken. Different pots, with different types of boiling sauces to put them in. Very yummy. It's a nice change. Service was way above average .Give them a try.

Go and enjoy! No,problem going solo. Dont bother with the four course, it is too much food! Salad, cheese and chocolate was more than enough!

Hello! We do have a children's entree that we offer for $11.95, it is a smaller portion of our regular entree. That is not inclusive of our cheese or chocolate fondue however, adding extra portions of those would be extra. I... More
