VIsiting Indianapolis overnight on the last night of a longer roadtrip. Stayed downtown to soak up the local scene. We've been here on previous trips and were happy to see them open with outdoor seating and live music during these COVID times. Enjoyable music. Great...outdoor atmosphere (even with cars roaring by on Meridian and the trains passing by). The food delicious and the beer selection more than adequate. A wonderful couple of hours!! One of those experiences we'll remember for a while!!More

The music is great - loved the live music each night. Our waiter lost our friend’s credit card somehow... the food is just okay, just your average bar and grill food.

The Noodle is a true destination in downtown Indianapolis. When we are in town for a trade show we can't resist at least one trip to this wonderful bar, restaurant, meeting place and music venue.

Fun atmosphere and good food for a reasonable price. It was a game day so was really busy and difficult to find seating but the food was good and the service was good. Would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry. There...was a lot of staff but service was a bit slowMore

Here for a private event. Servers were super friendly and attentive. Nice place. Had some basic food, meatballs, chicken on a stick and some type of mini regrows bean taco as the vegetarian option. Decent food

We stopped in before a football game for an early lunch. Big menu, but I was told that the Hoosier Pork Tenderloin sandwich was the best in town. I don't know about that but it's the best I've ever had period. And the beer was...cold too.More

Came to Indy for one night. Wanted to go somewhere off the beaten path. Had heard of Slippery Noodle before and decided to give it a try. You have to pay a cover - even if you eat outside. $5 before 8:30 and $10 after...8:30. The place looks small but it’s really huge. Don’t limit yourself to the bar area that you enter first. There are two band areas where you can eat, drink and listen to music. We had the spinach and artichoke dip. It was good. I had the noodle boxcars which were two sliders with a piece of filet mignon. I was pretty disappointed in the size of the meat. I had twice as much bun as meat. The taste was good, though. The tater tots were ok. My friend had a cheeseburger and he said it was really good. We listened to four songs on the 8:30 stage. We people watched. It’s a good place to hang out. Food wasn’t great but it was good. Our waitress was very nice. I would go back with a group of friends.More

I travel to indy twice a year. This is always a stop. This time I was with a group of friends. We had a early supper. Sadly to early for the band to start. My gluten free friend was happy to find a meal she...could eat. Nice steak and baked Potato. I had the go to Pork Tenderloin with homemade chips. So good. The only disappointment was they were working on the floor in the back room and we didn't get to see the bullet holes in the wall. Next time.More

Hi - I have seen kids there. It's no issue. I brought mine when they were 15 and 17. Remember it is a bar and restaurant so the later in the day or evening the more culture they will learn. So if you want to slow them... More
