Great to be back after covid shut down. These are great people who deserve our support and business to help recover from the stress of lost revenue and laid off employees. As always great portions and a flexible menus to please everyone.

I had not dined at Yiayia's House of Pancakes ever since they took over ownership of what had been one or two different brands of breakfast restaurants in the same building. I was not disappointed at all, rather, I was delighted. My extended family in...a party of 10 people ate lunch here on a Sunday. The interior feels homey, the seating is comfortable, and acoustics work well and noise levels are conducive to having a conversation at the table. Our server was the best part of the meal, except for the awesome food. Our server was very friendly and attentive to us, despite the restaurant being over half full. She struck up a conversation with us and showed genuine care in ensuring that we were well taken care of and received our food the way we ordered it. I ordered "crunchy french toast" that has corn flakes cooked into the french toast. It was SUPER good and very filling. I shared sausage links with my family and they were really good too. Everyone really enjoyed their lunches and had nothing but good things to say about the food. My wife ordered coffee and found the caffeine levels to be a bit high for her tastes (made her a bit jumpy) and my aunt found the coffee to be dark/strong as well, so she diluted it with water. I did not try the coffee myself. Overall, Yiayia's House is a place that I definitely plan to visit again soon for breakfast food.More

We have eaten here on several ocassions and have always been very satisfied with our experience. Their menu is varied, the portions are generous and the prices are fair. We think the quality is exceptionally good. The other locals must agree with us because this...restaurant is generally packed with waiting lines. If you're hungry, try Yiayia's Big Breakfast or Papous Omlete with Mini Waffles or French Toast.More

Recommended by neighbors, we found the food generic, pancakes institutional. $5 just for two ice teas? Portions seemed undersized.

Yiayia's has a wide variety menu, generous portions and very reasonable prices. It's a great place to take the family. They have senior specials as well as kids menu. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family. Breakfast is served all day.

The owners sold their old pancake house restaurant and opened this one. The problem was that they couldn't use the name of the old place. They came up with Yiayia's (sounds like Yah-yah's) because one of the owner's parents is a Greek immigrant and a...good cook, according to the cashier I asked. Don't let the name scare you off; it's a lot like that national chain of pancake house/diners, but with better service and a bigger menu. For larger parties, they recommend you call ahead. Our party of five was stuck with a booth and a chair in the aisle. The menu is larger than it needs to be, but the number of international twists on classic dishes sounded interesting. Bottom line is that it's a very popular place to eat on weekends. Park in the adjacent stip mall parking lot for easier parking.More

Continues to be our go to place for breakfast although not as frequent. My favorite menu item use to be the crispy melt in your mouth bacon. For last several months the bacon is like tuff jerky when well done. Still good flavor just hard...to chew. The eggs are always awesome. Huge omelettes. Love the new fresh sourdough bread. Service always excellent. Especially enjoyable when Starbros is there. Never any significant disappointment here. For a nice change up get the thin pork chop with your eggs. Love the side fresh fruit but it’s hit or miss in the winter. Something amazing for everyone.More

We live a few miles from this 'breakfast and lunch only' restaurant and have been there often. We usually eat breakfast there after a morning appointment somewhere. My husband loves the omelettes and I have to have at least one pancake with my eggs and...bacon! I think the pancakes are tasty even without butter and syrup! We are usually greeted at the door and service is quick and friendly. Why not give it a try? :)More

I enjoy stopping here for breakfast or lunch when I am in the area. Everyone working here is so friendly and welcoming! There is a large selection of breakfast and lunch items, and a few dinners. There were six of us dining together and we...each got something different. Everything looked and tasted good. The service is attentive and efficient, as well as super friendly. It was a great experience.More

I ate here about noon on a Saturday to have breakfast. Had cheddar cheese omelette with hash Browns, wheat toast & ice tea. The tea was brought with a big chip out of the rim of the glass so asked for a new one which...I got. Food was good but I had to ask for more tea when my glass got low. It’s only open for breakfast & lunch.More

I live not far away from Yiayia's, and it's my husband and I's go-to restaurant for a great breakfast or brunch out--especially if we are celebrating anything. The portion sizes are huge, the food is fabulous, and the service is prompt and courteous. The restaurant...has been clean every single time I've been there, which is no small feat, because they're always very busy. I usually get the "Opa! Omelette," which has gyro meat, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce, and is delicious. Even though it's a huge omelette, it comes with more than one side. Alhough one of the side is usually bread or hotcakes, they let me replace that with fresh fruit for no upcharge, since I have to eat gluten-free. That is fabulous customer service on their part, since most other breakfast restaurants insist on upcharging for this. If you're a coffee drinker, you'll love this place, because the wait staff is very good at checking whether you need more to drink. Can't say enough good about this place!More

Years ago when this restaurant opened, I thought it was fine. I enjoyed breakfast on several occasions, but I enjoyed my breakfast company much more than the food. Today, we chose Yiayia's for breakfast and were so incredibly impressed by several aspects of the restaurant....First, we enjoyed the new menu. Not only was the menu items offered streamlined, the menu itself was so much more classy than before. Gone were the endless lists of items and gaudy color blocks. Secondly, the servers seemed so much more professional, and the restaurant itself seemed so much cleaner. Dressed in black on black, they seemed so much more "on it" than I had noted before. Instead of eating breakfast at a slash-slinging diner, I felt like I was eating at a nice cafe or restaurant. For breakfast, I chose the traditional eggs benedict although I could have selected a version that included hash. My friend ate a huge skillet breakfast, which was one of several available. In fact, they had the option of enjoying certain combinations as either skillets or omelets. Our total bill for two of us eating full breakfasts with drinks hovered around $21, which seemed to be just right for the experience.More
