Nice place with good service and food. The entrees were quite a lot of food--I went with the fried catfish, salad and fried okra. Everyone enjoyed their food, the service was good, and the restaurant clean. Better than other chain steak houses (Texas Roadhouse, Outback and the like).
My husband got a delicious t-bone steak and I had their salad with a bison burger atop. Both meals were fantastic! The staff was very friendly and efficient. The fresh rolls were the best we've ever had. A Montana type atmosphere only adds to the freshness of the food. The bar area had some nice TVs for the sports fans.
With so many restaurants in Greenfield to choose from, we relied on Trip Advisor when we selected a place for dinner. So glad we read the reviews and ratings. The sandwiches we ordered were great and the prices were very reasonable.
The salmon was amazing and the mashed taters with mushroom gravy was almost perfect. The rolls are wonderful. The Carmel Apple Granny was a perfect ending to the meal. My waitress, Alexis, seemed to be a little busy, enough that she didn't leave me a straw, and forgot to put the military discount on the check. She was pleasant enough... More
Service was slow from the get go. We waited several minutes to be seated as there was not a hostess to greet and seat us. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes for someone to take a drink order; I should have ordered lunch at that time because once we received our drinks we did not see our waitress... More
Kimmie, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the food, but very disappointed to learn of the service you had during your visit. We strive to set high standards for our staff, and sincerely apologize for the long wait time you experienced. We understand how frustrating that can be, and it is not a reflection of the standards we hold... More
There isn't anything super special about this place except the phenomenal French onion soup (hence the fourth star). Other than that, it has a good variety on the menu but it is basically your run of the mill "mid range, family steakhouse". Worth it if you are hungry for a good meal but it is not fine dining.
This is not a "prime steakhouse" but it is very good and the prices are reasonable. Steaks are cooked to the desired temperature, the sides are good. The salads are crisp and large. Drinks are mixed well. A decent selection of wine and beer is available.,
