We had the Double Bone-in Pork Chop and Filet Mignon - they were fantastic! Hands down best pork chop ever; melted in your mouth!! The service was very friendly and the peaceful ambience of the dome lit up in colors and the live music made...a wonderful dinner.More

Food was good and it was quite . Service was outstanding. They cleaned the table and chairs after each service. All employees had mask and we felt safe.

We ate dinner here during the pandemic. Tables spread far apart and in the atrium. Walk up service to the bar and carry out service e also available. Service and food was excellent! Atmosphere can't be beat!

I was visiting with my young grand daughters and we were so excited that West Baden Springs offered an afternoon tea. The setting was so nice and the presentation was wonderful. There was a large selection of hot teas to choose from. There was a...harpist playing the entire time and it was so magical. Everything was delicious and prepared nicely. The price was a little high, but for the location and ambiance, it was worth it.More

It was a beautiful atmosphere to dine in the atrium of West Baden. The food was excellent, but our server, unfortunately, was mediocre. We found the service in general very average at West Baden in the restaurants, front desk, security booth, etc. Staff is not...knowledgeable nor professional. Our waiter at Ballard's in the Atrium went through the motions of his job and made it clear he was done when he started collecting our leftover silverware and the check when my husband wasn't done with it.More

My spouse and I recently had lunch on the huge front porch (veranda) of the West Baden resort. The restaurant that prepared our food is called Ballard's in the Atrium. Very fast service. As it was in the low 60s, they had heaters located on...the veranda which made our outdoor table nice and cozy. We both ordered the chicken salad croissant--they were delicious. My seasoned fries were also very good. We left very happy with our dining experience.More

My family rode the trolly there with another family. We went straight to the hostess to see if there was a wait. She told us we could not put our name in (something about not taking "reservations" for parties smaller than 6) and to come...back in 25 minutes and there should be a table ready. We went to a shop and came back in less than 25 minutes to see the other family we came with already sitting with drinks and two new hostesses there telling me it would be another 30 minute wait. I voiced my dissatisfaction a couple times during what ended up being a little more than 30 minutes. We ended up being seated at the table of the family we came with after they got up. That's how long we waited. The staff was rude and never offered to comp anything including our humus appetizer or drinks which would have been an appropriate gesture. While eating, the manager arrogantly came over and said "worth the wait?" I wanted to slap him.More

What a beautiful atrium to relax in after a long day of driving. We dined there and the service was first class! The food was excellent. We will certainly dine there every time we visit.

Had two dinners here. Since they don’t take reservations we had to wait a while to be seated. Drinks from bar were very good. Our waitress Grace was very nice and helpful. Had the Cesar salad both nights and it was very good. My wife...had the French onion soup and it was very good. Our entrees were very good. The cheesecake was a little soft. Would eat there again.More

This restaurant was on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful golf course. We had steak and the marinated sauce it was cooked in with marinated mushrooms tasted great.
