The filet mignon was cooked perfect and delicious the baked potatoes paragis were excellent although $10 for a baked potato still hard for me. It was a very wonderful evening in mail

We enjoyed our stay so much at the West Baden Springs Hotel, that it seemed a shame to leave to try other attractions and restaurants, but we did try Sinclair's Restaurant one time.

Yes it is fine dining but the food was just okay and overpriced if you want to do that go to 1875 Steakhouse much better. Decor reminded us of the Titanic.More

Hi Barbsays - The hours for Cafe Sinclair's are: Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Wine is allowed in the atrium if it is purchased at the hotel. Outside food and drinks, including alcohol, are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel.
