It was good but not worth the cost. Portions were not very big, making it not a good value. Good for the occasional treat i guess.

While visiting Indy we took our grandchildren to Ritters as our oldest granddaughter said it was her favorite. I loved that they had several flavors to choose from, a hard choice. I had turtle everything, 3 had mint choc chip, 1 Butterfinger, 1 Rocky Road & 2 mixers. Everyone was happy & I only wish we lived closer.
Fresh frozen custard with many flavors, as well as sundaes and frozen treats of all kinds. This is the original Ritter's and is open all year.
You cant go wrong here best Ice Cream in Franklin. My Favorite is Turtle Something and the Tin Pan. but everything is great here!

The concoction I had was the best "custard" (ice cream to me) that I have ever had! Just terrific! Service... More
the Franklin Ritters has been at the same location for over 20 years. The customer service and management are both excellent. Skip the Yogart and national chains Ice Cream spots and go to Ritters! The quality is much better for the same cost.

We love Ritter's! Our three and five year old girls beg us to go there. There's something special about the creaminess of the custard. My favorite is the Snickers concrete mixer, and my wife usually gets one of the flavors of the day. Sometimes we take our dog with us, and get her a "pup cup." She loves it, too!
